Few days ago took my car to Mike Rezi Nissan for wheels rotation and oil change I wait till they "finish" when got home and check them and realized that the wheels are in the same position, I called Kelvin the person who took the order he said, let me ask when he comes to the phone say no they didn't, he charged me for the wheels "rotation" and oil now I'm doubting if they change the oil too.

Won’t be coming back for my free maintenance. They tried to charge me for my free oil change. Took them 90 min to change the oil. And then advised me that I need 4 new tires and brakes. On my 2 year old car. No idea if they target women or just assume everyone is ignorant, but I wont be bothering to come back for the rest of my free maintenance-clearly trying to scam people.
