Tracy “the manager” is very UNPLEASANT, rude, and nice nasty. Enjoyed everything about my stay expect my experience with her. I have a very low tolerance for incompetence. She needs more training or to be FIRED.

Front desk is in no way ready to help in any way.You are totally on your own to find a way to help yourself out. No fridge in room .Cleaning routine ain't stated . The list is endless
