Since the change in management to Cushman & Walefield, the level of service has gone down completely. The visitors gate is always open and every month there is a problem with the payment system. To name a few of the challenges. Disappointing.

Its been days since my maintenance request and still no resolution. All you did was send emails asking me to rate services that were never provided. On a scale of 0 to 5 I give you guys a -1. The last company was responsive and solved maintenance request right away.

I have a very pleasant experience with the community. Despite the negative reviews, I decided to move in on my friend recommendation.
Ricardo from front desk was very helpful, cleared doubts, patiently listened etc. during the whole leasing process. All the required fixes in the apartment were done as promised on the day of move in. I got the 50” inch TV as promised. No issues in the apartment.
Overall good community to move in. Keep up
the good work.

Update: Mr. Joel in maintenance showed compassion to our situation, he apologized for the inconvenience, and he made us feel heard. May God bless Mr. Joel. However, the AC still does not go below 77°. We were promised a cooling system until they figured out the AC problem. However, no one ever brought a cooling system. Save yourself the horror and agony. They do not care about tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
This apartment complex was under a different management team . Since this new management team has taken over, maintenance has been extremely slow. I am a disabled veteran with respiratory issues and we did not put in a service request for our AC but someone mistakenly came here and messed up our AC. Now, we are being told that the maintenance team will get to our work order after the others that were submitted before us. As though we caused the issue or as though the issue took place on its own. We are being forced to go through the weekend without AC. Very disappointing. Poor response time, horrible customer service, and they do not spray for bugs routinely. Lastly, “valet trash” has not been routine either. I have been my own and my neighbors valet trash since having new management. I truly miss our last management team. We were treated so much better. My wife and I were forced to get a hotel for the weekend. Only the Lord knows when they will repair the AC.No one in the leasing office cares enough to at the least communicate with us about what is going on with the AC. The windows in the apartment do not open and it has been 80° inside of the apartment since. Its going on 72+ hours without adequate ventilation.

The transition of leasing management has been quite literally DESPICABLE! I’m currently sweltering in an 81 degree apartment on Sunday August 25th as maintenance came Tuesday August 20th to do routine checks on A/C and has since not been working. Orders have been placed and MULTIPLE calls to leasing office has only left me with a sense of abandonment. There has been no sense of concern or urgency. No accommodations. -10000/10
UPDATE: THANK YOU MR . JOEL AND MR. RICARDO FOR ADDRESSING MY CONCERN MONDAY MORNING (August 26) VERY PROMPTLY. It’s disappointing that it took so long but I was met with compassion today and that’s what counts !

Do not apply here unless you are doing it in person and in front of an agent. The availability is a COMPLETE LIE and you have wait 30-60 days for a refund even if you pay them with a debit card. Oh and the refund is via a mailed check. So apply if you have money to waste because I am now $500 in the hole and will be awaiting 1-2 months for it.

It’s been 15days that my air conditioning not working, Till now the issue is not resolved and the management assured it will be fixed soon but no one visited my unit to fix the issue

Apartment searching for me has been a complete frustration . i went and toured this property and was skeptical first because of the reviews . my tour agent was Ricardo not sure if that's how u spell his name but he was phenomenal from beginning to end. he was so knowledgeable about the property snd answered my questions can tell he was very patient. the gym can be upgraded with more equipment but other then that seems like a safe environment to call home

Worst experience!!!! Have been living in this community for the last 5 years but have never experienced such an irresponsible management!!! Have been trying to get in touch with them for the past 4 weeks and no response!!!!
