LOVED everything about my visit. I had been searching for a primary care physician for a while, and was so excited when I was directly referred to Dr. Brown--and on this side of town. The staff was warm, courteous, professional and communicative. Everyone from the front desk, to nurse/physician, as well as the lab staff. I'm looking forward to sending other friends and family.

I have a regular physical today everyone was nice and professional Dr. Brown listened to me and had helpful suggestions made me feel comfortable and Wanda was super nice in the lab barely felt the poke for my blood work definitely recommend for all health care needs.

I used MyChart/the Morehouse website to schedule an appointment & was able to be seen in under a week. Dr. Brown was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and overall has a great manner for patients. Katara at the front desk and Wanda in the labs were also great. I could not be happier with my experience here at Morehouse East Point!

After not seeing a doctor for eight years I finally went in and saw Dr. Tucker. I was really nervous to get a Pap smear and bloodwork and she made me feel heard, comfortable and not rushed! She really listened to all the concerns I had and made it a good experience. I feel so much better about going to the doctor now!

Disturbingly bad interaction with the person who answers their phone. I called to make an appointment for a common concern that this place specializes in, but the woman who answered had no idea what I was referring to and instead said: "We don't do that here." Really?! That would be like calling an auto mechanic to ask for an oil change, but they have no idea what that is. Hard pass.

I had a great experience! I had did majority of my paperwork online prior to my arrival. The front desk associate greeted me confirmed that my paperwork was completed and asked me to take a seat I said for about 10 minutes and was taken to the back. My wait time in the back wasn’t long either. I had Dr. Browne and she was amazing. She listened to all my concerns and gave me great feedback with no judgment. I’m glad to say that Dr. Browne will be my new PCP.

No other words to describe other than Dr. Taylor is the best! I followed him to Morehouse Healthcare from the previous health system he was associated with. Very caring and concerned clinician.

My experience was excellent
My doctor Dr. Brown caring show concern and listen to what you have to say..It was my first time and I am satisfied.. From desk and the nurse showed caring and concern..I would recommend them to family and friends..

I am so glad Morehouse has came back to East Point. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. The office was very clean and simple. The staff is polite and accurately communicative. Dr.Taylor is amazing answer any question I threw at him with no hesitation and not seeming bothered. He as well was polite and conversational as well. Even the lab tech was amazing. I hope this positive experience continues.

Polite friendly staff
Minimal wait
Dr Taylor, listened and advised while considering my opinions.
His advice was mean...... However nobody wants to lose weight.
I will keep posting as my relationship with this doctor and location evolves.
At current I highly recommend.

Hello Morehouse Healthcare,I am sorry to say, but Morehouse Healthcare at the West End location, after 20 years of going, has become lacking when it comes to staff professionalism, treating patients with respect, showing a genuine impression they do care about their patients, answering calls, getting the patient into the examining room in a reasonable amount of time (too long in the waiting room) and overall realizing these issues and improving these conditions I have mentioned.The pharmacy staff fails to reply to my pharmacist when prescriptions need to be refilled. I can never get a live person at the Morehouse pharmacy department, only a recording. When I call to advise them, several times over the last year, redirected to another department, they talk down to me as if I did something wrong and overall gives me the impression they have not been properly trained in patient respect and care.I feel I have to wait in the waiting room too long for a routine visit. Sometimes I have waited as long as 1 hour and still not seen my doctor. I ask myself: "Has the doctor overbooked patients for the day? What causes a doctor to not see me in a reasonable amount of time? Why are they making me wait so long in the waiting room". This has been happening for years.Most recently, the receptionist asked me to fill out some papers to update my records. I could not read the forms! Their printer was running out of ink and the writing was barely legible in the brightest light in the room. I could not see it and has good vision. When I brought it to their attention that I could make out the lettering, one receptionist said "the printer is running out of ink". I said: "I know that, but why have you not replaced it? Are you aware an elderly person would struggle to see this!" She replied: "We will change it". I did not look to see if she did right-away.I feel a little stressed when approaching the receptionist station to sign in when I arrive as I get the feeling they are not really caring about me. It doesn't feel right. I don't get the impression I am welcomed and I am important to them. I say to myself: "They act like they may be over worked or have worker burnout! Don't have idle chat because you may not get the response you expect." So I just sit down and wait.I have spoke to the medical director about some of my experiences but not everything. I hope this review will get to him so that he can see what a patient is experiencing. I read several reviews for Morehouse Healthcare and their are a lot of disappointed patients poor star rating. I am wondering who at the Healthcare are reading these reviews and creating ways to improve and correct these deficiencies. I wonder do they care.Paris Pressley
