This was my very 1st purchase with Moncler and I must say I am very impressed. My purchase was made in LA with Dov. He was excellent! I had a unique situation and visited the Atlanta location where I was assisted by Chanell. She too was awesome. She was happy to resolve my issue when she actually didn't have to. It was wonderful to experience such intimate service from both locations. And the follow up from each is heartwarming. Moncler has a new client. Chanelle, thank you so very much!

Love this store but the protesters ruined it for me. They need MGMT of property to kick any people out if causing disturbance.

I'm familiar with luxury designer apparel but Moncler is a fairly new addition to my closet. Thus, it was my first visit to this location a couple weeks ago & the Moncler Associates were wonderful! They were cheerful & polite and very helpful when needed while allowing me space to browse solo.Whether you're a devoted fan who sports Moncler duds or someone new to the French luxury brand altogether, definitely make a stop at this Moncler location if in the area.

$1400+ jackets?! Daughter, you need a j-o-b! OF COURSE, the customer service was spectacular! I had to snap out of it. I almost gave in it was so good. Very soft, comfy jackets

Great selections of limited edition collabs i.e. Fragment ? Awake ? and Craig Green ? (if you know you know... ?) not to mention the warmest staff (pun-intended) that offered refreshments while I gazed around this immaculate boutique of the legendary brand ?Definitely will be back for a new jacket this fall! ?
