my name is Elvis and I also have experienced issue with your company owner name fess. 10 months ago me and my brother order a set of wheel totaling almost $4000. ITS BEEN 10 fu**ing months and nothing. Not picking up my phone calls, text or emails. Last week I was told the wheel were delivered to my house and of course I received nothing. Fess even refuses to reply when asked about the shipping confirmation number or the shipping company name. I have the receipt and all the texts from him and I. If you guys think I’m not going to get my money back, your wrong. This is my last attempt to get my refund. You guys have my contact number but just in case here it is. 646-595-5899

I had the pleasure of doing business with Modified Concierge this week. The service was superior and the Owner Fess was very efficient. Me and my car are spoiled to say the least. This is the ONLY shop I will ever need from now on. I'm so glad I found them! Thanks Modified!

Without a doubt the best car service I've had. The main reason for me using their service was to simply get my car engines cleaned. Mind you it was dirty, costed with layers of pollen, leaves and what not. When I got my car delivered back to me, it looked just as good if not better than when I bought it! I was a little weary at first but now I will continue to use this service for sure!

Not only is my car looking amazing, they go the extra mile in customer service. Next time my car is in need of a lil' TLC, it's a no brainer--I'm coming back here!
