Sorry but my trust for this place is gone. I got locked out of my unit because the fob reader died, and their “emergency” maintenance service never answered the phone, and nobody could help me. They also messed up fixing my dishwasher causing the water to leak everywhere, and when I messaged them about it they never replied or apologized. On top of that there’s the shootings and the loosening security measures. Amenities are often broken too.I’ve gotten better service with half the rent…Edit: look at the latest reviews below. Posted days ago but somehow the office replied to them months ago? They are obviously fake.Edit2: do you like being late to everything? Well then this place is perfect for you since the elevators are ALWAYS broken. How are they not a higher priority? The stairs are one-way so the elevators are the only way of getting to your floor. This place does not deserve your money if you cannot find a reliable way of getting in and out of the unit and building. Also if you’re drawn in by the dog park, then you should know how disgusting it is up there because people never pick up after their dog. And I’m debating on posting pics of what it really looks like up there because this place is really getting on my nerves

Maintenance is horrible. Cannot get a dishwasher that works after over a month in spite of repeated requests. Elevator would not open on our floor for weeks even after physically showing it to the security guard.

I'm so disappointed. This building is absolutely beautiful, but it's just not safe. Elevators are always down; my roommate was stuck in an elevator for 20 min one time. & now killings!!!

Very disappointed with new management FOL. The security system in the building has deteriorated since they took over. My boyfriend and I were stuck in the elevator for an hour and management has failed to address the situation adequately and honor my lease agreement. He almost passed out in the process. There are parties regularly at the pool passed business hours. The concierge personnel is great, but I can’t say the same for management. The amenities are beautiful, but so are others in the area. Don’t move here.

We have lived in this building for over three years and overall have had a great experience. There have been many shifts in management (some good and some bad) but from the beginning we have had such a pleasure interacting with Deonatai (concierge). He has always made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Generally speaking the amenities are well kept and in comparison to other buildings in the area the amenities are very nice. It’s an amazing location being walking distance to grocery stores, coffee, great restaurants, and bars. We hope the rest of our time in this building continues to impress.

I am a current resident here, and I LOVE it! The building is beautiful and the people are nice! The gym is so nice, and very clean! My biggest issue is the smell in the lobby! Friday-Monday this is a horrible smell from the trash and they try and cover it up with candles and air fresheners but it just makes it worse! There are ALOT of gnats in the lobby!! Like AT LOT!! Even the front desk girl has complained about the gnats! Besides that, it’s a wonderful place to live! I hope to be here as along as possible
