Will never go there again..,went in for sinusitis symptoms & left sicker than when I came in. The person that treated me was distant & I wonder if there wasn’t cross contamination from the last patient. Horrible experience

I was "greeted" by a surly woman who in passing snapped "we're closed for lunch and don't have any openings". I walk ins aren't welcome after all.?

Ridiculous wait time. What’s the purpose of making an appointment if it takes an hour to be seen. No pleasantries from the practitioner. First and last time using this location.

Put CVS into your GPS! *Absolutely wonderful experience with Stephanie!! She's fast but attentive and was very patient, even with all of my questions! ?* One note about the clinic itself tho, is the GPS marker. Complete opposite side of the shopping center. It would be better to look for "CVS" than "MinuteClinic". Otherwise you'll be driving around the parking lot for forever trying to find it

The NP had a condescending tone and I didn’t feel comfortable with her. She has a way of making you feel like you’re inconveniencing her for simply asking questions about your diagnosis, which is her job. Prices are expensive and they bill at the top end.

I have been there a couple of times within this and last year and find the option to be able to book an appointment only three days ahead very convenient! Great alternative to a doctors office since I would have to wait a couple of weeks to be seen.Every time I went there I received great and quick service by Mrs. Owolabi. I have been there to get a full body check up and vitals checked, to get a chickenpox vaccine as well as a minor illness. Every time my experience was great. For my last visit I had to pay out of pocket since I was switching jobs and had to wait for my insurance to kick in. The price was 99 dollars which is much cheaper than an Urgent Care. (you can also view the price list online for whatever care you need) I can only recommend. I would make an appointment though just in case there is availability.

They literally billed my insurance twice for the same service then when my insurance has been contacting them to get it fixed, they sent the duplicate bill to collections anyway, still ignoring my insurance company reaching out.

My husband & I needed to be Covid tested for a flight and the time frame given us was tight. We found CVS MINUTE clinic and had an unbelievable great experience! Stephanie took us right away eventhough our appointment was an hour later. She was personable, pleasant, professional, and informative. She helped us maneuver through the computer check in process. She got our results back in 50 minutes. All the while being extremely attentive! Why can 't all clinics have STEPHANIE'S! We paid $150 each, but was worth it!

I walked into ask a question from the doctor at the minute clinic and she could not have been more cold and unfriendly. I simply asked where I could inquire about an appointment and she completely ignored me. All I asked was for a simple answer and to be looked at in the eye and said she completely ignored me and treated me like trash. I would highly recommend not going to the minute clinic it was a terrible experience.

Find out for yourself but over the phone they told me to just come and walk in. I drove 20 minutes from work and there’s no one here but a kiosk and after filling out the info it’s asking me date and time to be seen. No actual rep on site.

Never attempt to walk in. Even though the website states walk ins are welcome, they are not. We waited for 20 minutes the nurse practitioner walked passed us twice and never let us know that the schedule was full. Seriously stay away.

Not sure if she was NP or Dr. but she was very rude. She spoke in very short and curt statements and was annoyed anytime I asked a question. Not my first poor experience with MinuteClinic. Luckily, I was just getting a quick TB test read. If I had been feeling poorly, this woman would not have helped me feel any better. Horrible bedside manner.
