Ming's team unilaterally canceled their management contract with us after helping us with our rentals. The reason: we asked for services other than management. At this point, we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your company is just trying to earn a fee for recruiting rentals and is unwilling to take on the responsibility of management.Please state the exact facts, what exactly did we say that was disrespectful to your coworkers?

Got our dream house under market price thanks to Ashley Wen!! This is our third home purchase and she is absolutely the best realtor. Most realtors we worked with previously just showed us houses that we requested. Ashley was different. She researched what we liked and what we didn't like; she reviewed comps and verified whether pricing was fair; and she also found houses that we might be interested in. (Not just showing us what we asked for). Her communications with us and others were almost immediate. When we found our dream house, she was able to put it an offer right away and fight through tough competition and get it for us. Then, she introduced us an amazing inspector who was able to help us negotiate our price down after due diligence ended. Ashley made us feel like we were her family member, rather than her client. We recommend Ashley to all our friends who are currently in house search. Thank you, Ashley Wen! We are extremely happy at our new home.

Had a great experience with Julie for our investment property and primary property. Julie’s knowledge, Her guidance, her attention to detail, her care and concern for myself and what things needed to be done and how those things fit into what I was financially able to do was exceptional. she helped me prioritize in a way that I was able to offer my home for sale in the best possible shape I could afford. when we hit a few pitfalls Julie fought hard to help make this deal come to fruit. her dedication to the task at hand, her clear and concise communication, the pride she takes in her work is infectious.
