I've been purchasing from this company the last five years, never with a problem. Customer service has always been excellent. Product great & prices for wholesale are fair in comparison to other wholesale vendors. While at market and purchasing bags, it can be heavy and cumbersome. Not only did the owner offer to take my purchase downstairs for me, they were also willing to take all my other bags (from other vendors) down, where we met at the loading dock. If you need help, don't hesitate to ask!

Horrible customer service. An older heavy set woman that works behind the register has the worse customer service! Very rude and not customer oriented. I have purchased online several times for my store. Based on the way we were treated, I will not order from them again.
