This is my go to auto shop and tire place! I’ve been here prob 5 times. They do pretty great work and are honest. This last time they had some hiccups, but assured me they were working on improving and discounted me for the tire patch job since they didn’t call to tell me the cost of it. Highly recommend.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment online to come in and get my low tire pressure looked at. The appointment in total lasted an hour and half, and I was able to work using their WiFi while I waited. They discovered a nail in my tire, removed and patched it, and made sure all of my other tires were checked and taken care of too. It was very affordable, and the whole team was very kind and respectful. I’m glad I found this place last minute!

As always, the good folks at Midtown Tire bring the service and professionalism. We’re grateful that we have this location very close to our home. Midtown tire never disappoints. I had to take my car in for an oil change and I was having issues with overheating. I was ready for some bad news as my Dodge nitro is not the newest. But as always they fixed the problem swiftly and with honestly. Mike is the man, great customer service along with Dustin, Dakota & Angel. Service manager Jerome called me to give me the prognosis of my car telling me it was an easy fix and giving me the assurance that I would not have any further issues.

Dropped off my car for a Friday 11am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. By 3pm, I didn’t hear from them, so I called to check in. They said they tried to call me about approving additional services (coolant flush and tire alignment), but I didn’t have a missed call or voicemail on my phone. I approved the services and the car was ready for pick up the same day.
I was going to rate them 4 stars given good customer service despite the miscommunication, but my low wiper fluid came on Sunday even though the basic oil package I selected includes “Top off All Fluids”

I’ve been to midtown tire a couple times and have always had a great experience! They’re always timely. The people at the front and the mechanics are always very friendly and will even fill up my tires as an extra service. I think the prices are also reasonable. I’ll continue going back.
