We have lived at The Monroe for over 4 years now and it is one of the best apartments we have lived in. The location, building, and most importantly, the people that work at The Monroe, are what keep us here. The Monroe is tucked back down a quiet street off Peachtree, but has the convenience of city living. The building is always well looked after, with improvements happening every year. I would like to recognize two outstanding employees at The Monroe. Firstly, Nate always strives to go above and beyond. He addresses all questions I have and does whatever he can to ensure that I am well looked after as a resident. He goes out of his way to greet me when we see each other around and always has a smile. I know that Nate will always be able to help in any way that he can. Secondly, La Shun is amazing. Even though we have only had a couple maintenance requests over the years, La Shun is always able to quickly address them with a great attitude and solution. La Shun also is always friendly with our dog when in our apartment for services/checks!

I submitted an after-hours request to tour. I was contacted the next morning, by Caleb, and tour was scheduled same day. What impressed me is Caleb worked with my schedule to tour and on the same day a resident appreciation party was taking place at that. He was knowledgeable and therefore able to answer my questions and he took notice of my anxious nerves which helped reassured me I toured the right place. I submitted my application right after my tour.

Such a great property to live at. I love all the events that is hosted by the building and how amazing and sweet the staff is! Jessica really makes an effort to help with anything I need and just overall great human!

I've had a great experience, personally, with the new change in management. Jessica has been a wonderful addition to this building. She takes her time to listen to anything we have needed and resolves the issue right away. The events since she arrived have incredibly fun and well-organized as well.
There was a whole event dedicated to the dogs of the building and we got handed out some free merch for them. It was so so cute and very well put together. I'm excited to see the improvements she's made and will make!

This review and 5 Stars go out to Nate all the way! He provided inviting and welcoming service as soon as I walked through the doors. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Nate's promptness and attention to detail stood out as he addressed my questions and concerns efficiently. His friendly and approachable personality has made me feel valued as a potential resident. I highly recommend Nate to anyone considering moving to The Monroe. His professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. Thank you, Nate, for a fantastic experience!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so due to my concerns about the recent changes in management at The Monroe, which is where I call home. Nate, has consistently demonstrated outstanding dedication and care for the community. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine effort to address residents' needs have been exemplary. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Nate, and I can confidently say he has been an exceptional asset to the community over the years. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for the residents truly stand out. Nate consistently goes above and beyond to address concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the property is well-maintained and that residents feel valued. His proactive approach and personable nature make him a standout in his role. In my opinion, when a new manager position opened, Nate would have been the perfect candidate that residents know and love.
While Jessica has been in her role as Property Manager for a short time, I must express deep concern over her approach to engaging with long-standing residents. It feels as though she has not made any significant effort to get to know the people who have called The Monroe home for years. This lack of engagement has led to a noticeable disconnect between her and the community. In contrast to the proactive and personable service provided by Nate, Jessica’s approach has been less responsive, which is more than disappointing for such a great community.

La Shun was a great help and is very experienced with all the systems at Monroe. La Shun made our services for the fire alarm and sprinkler company inspection a great and uncomplicated.

La Shun is very friendly, loves pets, and checks on the needs of every resident. One of the most pleasant supervisors I've had the pleasure of working with.

We moved in last November and couldn’t be happier. Amenities are well maintained, maintenance is quick to respond and the staff are top notch. Nate is an absolute rockstar and we’re very lucky to have him as our manager. Quick story to show his character our dog had a seizure and my girlfriend got Nate who came in, helped calm me and my girlfriend down, then helped transport our dog to the hospital.
The place is beautiful, plenty of walking trails and you’re in good hands. We’ve actually hosted before and people have signed a lease because of the quality of the complex.
