I went to metro to buy a phone, The agent Valencia was very helpful and got me the best deals. She also advise me of other offers they had! I will definitely go back to the metro on Metropolitan!

I went in to do a service switch I was completely over charged compared to other stores in the area. When I went back and asked , one young lady told me it was because they are an authorized dealer and do things differently from other stores. The young lady that originally helped me told me it was be because they are a corporate store and prices are going to be different then tried to break down the charges but the charges still didn’t add up. I asked when a supervisor would be in and I was told they don t know maybe a week or more. I was told that the supervisor was on vacation. I only wanted to get an understanding on how I switched my service from another service provider for the $99 iPhone 12 and end up at 370.86 out the door but all the other stores in the area are between $202 to $268.97 out the door after tax. Even reading my receipt over and over it still doesn’t make sense

I went to Metro because my service was not working, and someone was cloning my devices, emails, apps,Rideshare apps, social media, etc . Instead of helping, the agents left me standing to go and help a group of people that came in after me.
So I decided to call 611 customer service and started to ask him the question they asked me , then he becomes upset and call the police to have them to asked me to leave the store because he didn't want to service me.
It's took me weeks and days to get my service back on my phone.
I can't wait to customer service cones back because disrespect is now overrated.

Best metro pcs hands down!!!!!Jessica was my customer service representative and baby she got me and my family right and I truly appreciate her patience and dedication. The whole team was amazing and just overall great service. You all are awesome and greatly appreciated.

Horrible Service. They charged ne $295 for the phone. I was told Metro doesn't do upgrades anymore. I tried calling Mexico the girl took that service off and added insurance. I never asked for sny change. I called Metro to find out why I couldn't call Mexico and why my bill went up. This is when I found out about the change I didn't request. Then I found out I was eligible for promotion, and the phone would cost me $40, and I could go back to the store and get a refund. Needless to say, I am livid! I will be going back for a refund. I ordered the phone online. Very dishonest!! Horrible Service! Purchase your phones online with Metro!! I am still in shock about this matter at the stores. Metro PCS Metropolitan, please be honest with your customers!!

I purchased a phone and bought it back the next day, still in box, unopened, and they refused to return it. They talked about policy policy, but the phone was clearly unopened...and they could have confirmd it....Poor customer service...they were rude and nasty and they are money hungry and greedy
