They scammed me out of $134.00. I came to this store activated my phone only to have them terminate services the next day. They called a fake Apple Pay number that scammed out of $72.00. Don’t ever come here they are SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! Didn’t wanna even give 1 star but had to in order to post this review!!!!!!!!!!

This has to be the best Metro pcs I’ve ever been to. Jessie is amazing and they are so blessed to have him. You do not find good attentive people in customer service these days. 10/10 stars for Jessie!

In metro & mobile their stores are well equipped with equipment for signals and telephone but the staff is poorly prepared with another negative that not all of them have bilingual workers in shifts because I visited 3 stores with problems on the telephone and none of them could but nevertheless the Panama operators On 3 occasions they have been able to repair the deficiencies of the telephone number one Yamando Jan com #21650 and Juan com #32347 and on another occasion a young woman from Panama also congratulations thanks to them everything was perfect thanks for the great work and learning I was able to solve a beautiful company deserving of better workers like them
