I went to this location to replace my daughter phone and the store clerk tried to charge me over $200 to replace the phone. I left and went to the Metro on Old National Hwy in the Kroger Plaza and paid $100 less for the same phone. Be careful of price gauging and check with other locations before purchasing. I will not be returning to this location.

Went into this location on the morning of Apr 20,2024. I had already been to several stores looking for a specific AUX cord. The rep Ms Misty, was extremely helpful in helping me figure out how to play music in my car from my IPhone. Great customer service is so rare these days and she is appreciated.

Store was so clean and smelled amazing the manager Meeka was excellent I will be returning in the future and telling all my friends and family about the amazing service I got today! Meeka can multitask and doesn't need any help she, waited on several guest I have no problems passing a few OTHER metros to get to this one ! PLEASE KEEP HERRema

I was furious to know that this location didn't use the correct address information to set up my account. I called customer care and they couldn't find my information because the associate entered an incorrect zip code. There is no way to fix this! Now I have to visit the store where people are very incompetent !!! My daughter needed an Apple I Phone because her phone was damaged. She lives 4 hours away and needed a phone. Please do your job more efficiently! You are handling personal and delicate information that is critical to your customer's needs. This is totally unacceptable business practices!

The customer rep that worked today 12-17-2020 at or around 4pm, at the location of 3435 Roosevelt Hwy Ste A-1, Red Oak, GA 30272 seemed to have his mind else where. He was responses to questions was not up to par. He had a funky attitude and doesn't need to work in customer service.

The customer service is horrible at this store. The manager Larry attitude is really bad. On oct 4 I bought a phone and a case from this store. On oct 6 I tried to exchange both items but the manger was not in. I was told by another employee (guy with dreads) to wait until the manager reruns on Friday which would have been oct 9. I waited until Saturday October 10 to return the items since the receipt clearly states that I have 14 days to exchange accessories. I was only trying to exchange my phone case but Larry told me that I should have did it within 3 days. He said that the DM which I am assuming is his district manager told him that is all the time that is allowed to exchange any item. He also told me that there is no one that I can talk with only him. How is that possible, I don't know. Now correct me if I am wrong. A receipt is a bonding contract and the written policy on the receipt has to be honored. If it states that I 14 days to exchange an item than why 6 days later I can't exchange my item. I will never come back to this metro again they don't even honor their store policy. What's the point of having a policy if you are going to make up the rules as you go. The best metro to go to is the on Metropolitan the ladies there are very helpful unlike Larry.

Very very disappointed with this metro store on roosevelt hwy. I will drive 10 miles to another metro before i come back here. I dont know who she is because i didnt make it inside. I pulled up to the store before 8:00 assuming 10 minutes is enough time to get let in. when i got out my car she quickly ran to the door to lock the door. I asked were they closed she said something and turned around and went to the back so i got back into my car and googled metro to check what time they closes and the time was 8. The time then was 7:50. So therefore she closed 10 + minutes early. I know metro doesnt allow this to happen to lose money, anyway i will be contacting the owner and see if they know that the store gets closed early. I see that they some times decide to close within 45 mins early smdh. Im most disappointed in my neighborhood metro because i support it as often as necessary and that look she gave me with no comment, got into her car and pulled off at 8. How do you close at 8 and pull off at 8. May 8th Lisa Wright if metro continue to let these rude ppl continue to work there it will shut down.
