Don't recommend going in-store they will make you get case and screen protector for the so called free phone you get and also put you on the second most expensive plan and tell you any of this till it's time to pay.

My cell phone was stolen I have insurance on, the phone was free, however this male who is answering the phone was the most disrespectful man.Refused to do his job if you can't handle simple request don't answer the phone. Corporate office referred my to a physical location. And you insult me by saying 300 dollars to restore my phone and number.Just paid my bill and can't replace the phone. Why would I get that kind of response he puased for a long time then said 2 thousand dollars. I hung up. Idiot what if I was from corporate. Evaluating your performance. I would have you arrested for being an imposter.

On 2/17/23. A worker was outside on his phone and smoking a cigarette. He told me he would be in to inside to assist me. 5 min later.....still smoking and having a light hearted conversation on his phone. Please choose the Cascade location, by Publix if you are looking for customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Both of the ladies who work there were very friendly and had a great rapport with the customers. I haven't visited since 2020 but because I remember how great the service was, I decided to seek them out to help me with my phone needs once again. I live way across town from the location now, but it is worth the trip!

Horrible service! Employee attempted to service me with very loud music playing on speaker at the service counter. After 2 attempts to tell her what service I needed, I requested that she turn the music off. She also, had difficulty hearing me over the music. Never got any service, because Employee became very irritated at request to turn music off. I left and while leaving she yelled something at me, but due the LOUD music I didn’t quite hear what was said. I did not get worker name. This incident happened on 09/23/2020 between 10:30 and 11:30. Employee was a black female with braids. LOUD music does not belong in any area that customer service is being provide. I went into Metro thinking to change service from Verizon to Metro. Your employee helped me todecide to stay with Verizon.

I purchased a stylo 6 phone from them on Washington Rd East Point. The phone was malfunctioning and they didn't want to exchange the phone or give me a refund. I purchased the phone on 17Jul and went to exchange it on Monday after I had to go back on Sat. and Sun about problems with the phone. They don't honor their warranty

I left my charger at home so I went into the Greenbriar Crossing location to purchase a C type charger. The clerk looked me over proceeded to get the charger and started to ring it up. I asked how much is the charger and she said $27. I told her I will not be paying $27 for a charger and she said in a nasty way, have a good day-I'm thinking I definitely will not having you to cheat me. I'm like, are you planning to have lunch with the extra $7 because the chargers have always been $20. Be careful of the short version of the receipt because that's not the true receipt, ask for the detailed version because they are cheating us.

I've been a customer with MetroPCS for years. Never have I seen such diss honesty and unappreciation for a customer. Had some issues with my purchase and they pretty much told me tough luck or to pay Xtra to replace my phone. Customer service was terrible and nonchanlant!!! Also wasn't given a proper receipt upon purchase of my phone. And they didn't want to give me district managers number to get in contact with them to try and fix my issues. Currently trying to have issue fixed. If I can't get any relief MetroPCS with no longer have my business or any of my family's business. Stay away from this store in particular if you ask me!!!
