2023 07 21: Had brought my old MacBook Pro 2013 in March, then this time Dell Inspiron 13 2-in-1 i7 model 2015. Both were suffered by slower response time and long waiting while searching web. I called Metro Computer and asked for upgrade from HDDR to SSD drive. Had completed both works in quick and professional manner. 100% satisfied and recommend for taking care of your old PC.

Came in to replace the battery on my MacBook pro on a Tuesday. By Thursday my computer was ready to be picked up and ready to go. They could have easily upcharged me and said it needed further repairs but that wasn't the case. Overall extremely satisfied with the service that was provided!

I know there are a lot of positive reviews from this place, and I understand why: they're fast, nice, and will give you competitive prices. But the fix on my computer from water damage came with a number of new issues. Firstly, my space bar is hypersensitive such that when I so much as tap it it creates a space. It's been incredibly hard to type because of this space issue (I'm constantly having to erase). Additionally, my computer does not close all the way anymore. I would come in and get these issues evaluated, but now I'm in Stockholm until May. It just feels as though these are prominent and easy to catch issues that should have been fixed the first go round. Now if I want to fix them, I'll be dishing out extra $ at a different place.

Had an old macbook that was crashing and corrupted. It had a lot of important pictures and vids that weren't back upped. Metro dealt with the issues; recovering the files and transferring everything to a newer laptop and external drives. Nice, no nonsense service. Very competent and fast. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

I'm having some computer issues and I called this place to get some advice on next steps. They patiently answered my long list of questions, and gave me some tips on things to try before bringing the computer in for service. I'm super grateful for his time spent and will definitely be bringing my devices to them in the future if they need repair.

Felton's computer was not working at all - not booting up. Michael at Metro Computer Atlanta in Buckhead diagnosed the problem; ordered the necessary parts; fixed it; and the cost was so VERY reasonable! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Metro Computer Atlanta!

Metro computer replaced the battery on my MacBook Pro in 3 hours! At the Genius Bar they told me a week and tried to upsell me another repair that would’ve brought the cost from $200 to $500. Being without my laptop for a week was impossible and MC was the only place who could do the repair this fast. Service was swift & courteous. A+

Michael and Metro Computer were awesome, I cannot recommend any more highly. Michael built my computer at a great price and turned it around in less than 24hrs. He was communicative throughout the process and made sure to run me through a few key points on pickup day.When I had some minor issues thereafter (due to my own incompetency), Michael helped me troubleshoot over the phone and offered some insight from the detailed notes that he'd taken. 5/5, will be back again for any other tech issues.

Miracle workers! My computer wasn’t charging and Best Buy told me it would be two weeks to send it out to be “fixed”.Metro Computer Atlanta said to bring it in and had it repaired and cleaned within the hour!! They are wonderful and would recommend to anyone especially in a bind. 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
