Aaron provided top notch customer service. Everything was phenomenal he stayed on top of my process from the beginning to the end to ensure my vehicle was returned to me better than it was when it was delivered to the dealership. He stayed on top of the repairs and kept me abreast on every step that required attention. He has remarkable customer service etiquette and it was an absolute honor to have my vehicle placed in his care.

Hello!! I usually don’t post reviews but JUSTIN THE check in service advisor was very helpful, brilliant, informative, professional and polite!. The customer service was Top TIER. No sooner I pulled in the garage deck he greeted me with with a warm smile with his uniform on correctly and looking clean & happy. He asked did I need anything or do I need help getting something fixed & I needed help and advice on my plate frame for my Georgia state tag for my new GLE & coming in for a license plate frame and I was in and out within 30 mins.
NOW ON the other hand (The parts guy) I don’t know his exact name don’t even won’t to know but the professionalism is not there with him at all!. He was very nonchalant when it came to asking questions very rude and straight forward like he was very agitated to be bothered to there do to his job. He was hiding in the back of the parts rooms instead of being at the parts desk sitting there like he supposed too he was in there on his phone on FaceTime while dealing with customers, his pants was sagging he did not have a Mercedes uniform on which I’m sure Mercedes provides them with uniforms or shirts at least, I couldn’t tell if he came off the street or he was a employee. Also, had to ring the bell for him to come out which took 10 mins . Very unacceptable…
JUSTIN DESERVES & NEEDS that Sale &Parts Position immediately!! Before things go down hill!. It’s such a beautiful new place and you need the right person in the right position to keep it going!. I had an amazing experience with my trade and purchase of my new sprinter van with Mr. Albert Ford! Everything went smooth with my purchase and I was satisfied with my deal! I will definitely recommend going with him for anything that you might need. I had went to other dealerships for the same purpose and none of those worked out!

Ordered a 2024 AMG GLE 53 in Feb 2023 and picked it up in August 2023. Excellent service.
Service department is trash!
1st visit July for nail in tire. No appointment so I expected to wait but I didn't expect terrible customer service from service advisor Jason Doss. He left for lunch without checking on vehicle status and providing me with an update. He didn't respond to my text update requests so I asked another advisor(black female who immediately got an attitude because how dare I ask her to do her job!)to check. She was no help. I asked for the manager spoke with MJ( who I later discovered was not a manager). Jason finally returns and his excuse "I left someone else in charge of my customers and they apparently left for lunch after I did"
Then he said he was told my car was finished and I checked out! All lies! I was there for 5 hr!
I tried to schedule a service appointment and asked to speak with MJ. The CSR told me she wasn't a manager. After finally getting her on the phone, I realized the car in the system was not the car we bought! Took 3 calls to get this corrected!(so I thought)
2nd visit August 15th for another nail in tire
Sat for 45 minutes before being acknowledged by service advisor Hayden Gray. He didn't introduce himself, just started talking. We went outside to car and he took me to a car that wasn't mine.? It wasn't the same model or color! I didn't get a text with his contact number. A few hours after returning home, no update from advisor (eventhough he promised to provide an update), I called. Surprisingly, the car was ready!
They are in a new building and still providing terrible customer service! We should have known better with our last Mercedes experience before the move, nothing would change.
We will gladly go somewhere else for service!

I just purchased my FIRST Mercedes-Benz GLA250... I worked with an incredible woman named Tara. Tara was very patience and extremely knowledgeable on the car specs and everything else. Even on her day off she put in time to work with me. Also , Chris in finance is just the best .. his personality and good energy was very contagious... the entire Mercedes-Benz of The South’s family were nice and polite individuals. Thank you , Tara and Chris ❤️

I had the best experience here at MB of Atlanta South. I had been a customer of MB of Buckhead for a decade but their customer service has gone way down and it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone to even book a service appointment. That led me here. I took my car in for routine service, was told I needed some extensive repairs and just decided to shop for a new vehicle. My service guy Jason recommended me to sales specialist Roxy and within 2 hours, I had test driven a few SUVs, received top dollar for my trade and had purchased a GLE 320 for a little over my preferred budget. Roxy was fantastic, friendly and patient as I tried to decide which vehicle I wanted. By far the best car buying experience I have had. And while this may be annoying to some, the dealership has pretty much reached out every day since I purchased the vehicle 6 days ago. Even the dealership finance guy Jerod was great to work with. I highly recommend MB of Atlanta South. Ask for Jason in service and Roxy in sales! Top notch team!

Adrien S. In the Parts Dept was very hospitable and helpful when I went in to replace my remote batter and get a quote on other items. Great customer service.
