I am very big on customer service and I must say I had an amazing experience at Mcm Lenox. I received a bag for Christmas that I wasn’t in love with went back to exchange it and Lauren was very helpful, super sweet and informative!!!

I love MCM brand since the 80's. This Lenox location has been remodeled and its nice.

I am very huge on customer service and I must say my first buying experience with this company was horrible! The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced. I will never do business with this company again.
