Just as bad as the Avalon location. The games being played about Rolex watches are ridiculous. I see people have had there watches sourced within 1-3 weeks while I’ve been waiting forever for the same watch.

Respectful and receptive. Good location, much better than Avalon in Alpharetta.

George is a great resource and friend at Mayor's. I bought a Rolex Submariner from him in Febuary of 2022 and have been enjoying it ever since. George is very knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully I'll be buying a GMT sometime soon from this store.

I called this place earlier in the day and spoke with Ty to inquire about the new Rolex GMT-Master, who told me they will take some info from me when i arrive to get me on the list. Mind you the announce of this new watch was just made today by Rolex. Once i got there he was busy and passed me off to another representative to help me. This guy then proceeds to tell me that he can only sell me a used one and don't offer to take my info because he claims buying new was only for people will yo spend over $400k and assumed it would be impossible for me to get one. I guess i wasn't dressed for the part or look like a can afford a new Rolex. Very disgusted with the way i was handled in there. Went to one of theirs competitors after and theybwere more than happy to help me.

First & foremost, I highly recommend anyone who is looking for fine jewelry & luxury timepieces to come in and begin your relationship with Katania!I was recently offered to purchase a Rolex watch from my wonderful sale associate, Katania, and I must express my gratitude for the exceptional service. Her knowledge and passion for timepieces were evident from the moment I entered the boutique. She patiently guided me through the vast collection, offering valuable insights on each timepiece.Katania showed a genuine interest in understanding my preferences, helping me find the perfect watch that aligned with my need and lifestyle. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire buying experience seamless and enjoyable.Katania went above and beyond by ensuring I was well-informed about the watch's features, maintenance, and warranty. Her enthusiasm for horology was contagious, and I left the store not only with a stunning timepiece but also with my appreciation for Rolex's craftsmanship.I highly commend Katania for her outstanding customer service, making this luxury timepiece purchase a memorable and satisfying experience. I look forward to adding more watches to my collection and doing business with Katania!

Shockingly positive experience with Katania at Mayors. She somehow managed to get a me a Rolex No Date Submariner within three weeks of being put on the waitlist. I was expecting to wait a year. While I was there, I also just happened to see an Omega NATO strap that's been sold out everywhere hanging out in the display case. I picked that up too.I've heard countless horror stories online about Rolex ADs playing games, making you spend $X amount before even being considered, and all sorts of nonsense but there was none of that here - only a completely positive experience. I'm moving out of town here in a couple months, but I'd still consider coming back because the experience was that good.

Mayors Atlanta is hands down the best AD in the metro area, and it's not even close. The SA (Gabe) who helped me is nothing short of incredible. He asked me what model I was interested in (black ceramic dateless Submariner), and he got it for me in a weeks time. End of story. The purchasing process took 5 minutes max. He didn't try to sell me other brands or push me toward Rolex CPO models. The other ADs in the area left sour tastes in my mouth. One of them wouldn't even budge when I asked them about the Submariner, even after I purchased another sports model from them. I also get completely different narratives from their SAs whenever I visit and inquire about model availability. The other one has a very nice storefront and the largest selection, but the staff pushes customers to other brands and won't even offer a discount on those. Keep in mind the SA (Gabe) who helped me at Mayors didn't even push me toward the CPO models (forget other brands). If you're in the Atlanta area, stop by Mayors. I wouldn't bother reaching out to the other ADs. I'm very happy to have my new Submariner for life, and I'm so happy the purchasing experience is as easy as it gets.

No one speaks to you. It’s incredibly uncomfortable having several associates stand around, see you, and never say anything or ask if you need assistance. Very off putting.

Consistently poor customer service and unprofessional.I have attempted to purchase ~$30k of jewelry over the past year or so across several visits. Went in to inquire about Mikimoto earrings as a gift. Couldn't get a sales associate to even acknowledge me, so left and ordered through Saks, who was more than happy to assist. Went in again to ask about a $16k Omega watch I had seen previously in the store. Associate tells me it's discontinued. I see later that it's not discontinued and in fact quite easy to obtain. Send emails to an associate I have contact info for. She doesn't acknowledge my inquiry about the watch at all. Ultimately found it while traveling and bought same day at another jeweler. Went in again to inquire about Cartier watches. Completely ignored again and felt so awkward just standing around I just went across the street to Phipps and picked up a Cartier within minutes. Registered interest in a entry-level, not particularly rare Rolex well over a year ago and told to reach out with any questions. My first several outreach attempts were entirely ignored. Sometimes I'll get a response back that's riddled with punctuation and spelling errors, if I get a response at all. Reached out with my concerns and ignored again.I'm no stranger to dealing with luxury jewelers, and my first interactions here upon moving back to Atlanta trying to establish a new AD relationship were promising, but the way this store routinely treats potential customers is incredibly disrespectful. I don't get that business model, but it's just jewelry at the end of the day, and I have enough self-respect to take my business elsewhere and recommend others to do the same.Edit: as an addendum, I reached out to the store manager, Nora, and the email provided in the store's reply, but have been getting no responses. So much for the feigned concern!
