All-State starts out good but drops the ball after they've got you from yout last insurance company. Every month my bill changes started at $250 and this month $762 and Paul never called me back to help me. Casey sold it to me but they oversold .

I've been around a while and try to shop around regularly for insurance. I avoided Allstate because of a bad experience over 40 years ago. Now I see how very silly that was. This past year Allstate saved me some serious money on all of my insurance needs. As if that was not enough, the personal service I get has been unmatched by any other company. It was so frustrating with the last three companies to even get to a human. This agency has a person assigned to me and he is AWESOME (Ask for Evan). If he is not available he usually responds within minutes. So you get better service for a lower price. I can't find a downside and there is nothing to lose by calling them for a quote.

Nancy has been absolutely amazing. After so many quotes, shopping around, and talking to person after person, Nancy was able to get me the best price and the best coverage. She carefully walked me through what was wrong with my current coverage, and made sure my new coverage was everything I needed. After talking to countless people, Nancy was the only one who pointed out to me that I was driving around my brand new car on the state minimum’s insurance! I was able to get auto, home, and an umbrella policy, with amazing coverage, for only a few dollars more than I was paying for ONLY auto at Geico at the state’s minimum. I look forward to my business with Nancy and her team. Thanks Nancy!

Sorry, customer service... sent an email to Mr Matt Devine stating the issues that I was having and never even recd a return phone call from him. Such a disappointment just closed all my policies and had been with Allstate for years! Once I canceled my policies, I was then contacted to see if there was anything they could do to retain them.

Other than great service from Kat Crowe, I have had a horrible response to my claim from nearly 2 months ago, when a tree fell on my house- in particular the claim rep unfortunately assigned to me. I cannot recommend this agent at this time.
