DO. NOT. GO. This place is literally a scam. The warehouse guys were pretty nice but the lady in the front is super rude. Their products are definitely not new and all their boxes are destroyed so you don't know even know if it works. Also, there are a bunch of hidden fees that you don't see on Facebook (so is it really discounted?). Honestly, their products are discounted max at like 20% (before the hidden fees), so just buy it new. This warehouse get damaged/returned products so it's not worth risking it especially because they have a no return policy. If you really like warehouse stores, there are a BUNCH with better prices and customer service.I attached some pictures of the "new" pool table that they sold me. As you can see, it came with a bunch of scratches and mark (there are scratches all around table).

This is a must go to place before you hit Home Depot or Lowe’s they have everything and if they don’t have it come back the next week and it’s there. The owner knows everything in there and is the most helpful, great customer friendly business

We picked up two ceiling fans yesterday at 1/2 the retail price so I'm not sure about the reviewer who thot the prices weren't good. You must do some digging and you'll be using the flashlight on your phone in some of the stocked-to-the-ceiling aisles. There are name brands- Moen, Delta faucets, today Power tools. Stick sells out. As a salvage store you have to buy it when you see it. Items are overstocks or discontinued from big box stores and it's a non-profit. Proceeds go to serve Veterans and military families. You've got to feel good about that. Heading back today for a porch light I saw but didn't realize I needed.

Meh. Prices: When I compared them to the prices that I paid for some house items already, they weren't very competitive. The price seemed to be a retail price excluding a delivery fee, tax, and sales tax. Also, the items don't have prices on them, so you have to ask most times for them to tell you the price on each item. I'd prefer to freely shop and not have to constantly ask a staff member a question. Customer service: the staff is friendly, but they seem to be in constant work-mode, which could come off as nonchalant. Would I recommend? Only if you don't do price-comparisons. I buy items based on price and quality. If I can't return (all sales are final), or see the price in front of me, I'm not interested. Will I be back? Most likely no. I can go to a flea market and have the same experience, which is why I rarely go.
