I do not recommend to live on this place.
Staff is not helpful, gates and elevators are always broken. It doesn’t worth the money.

I want to briefly share my experience when touring this property. The property is in an amazing location and the customer service was phenomenal. Marcus made the experience a painless one because apartment hunting can be a tedious task. However, Marcus was able to answer all of my questions while anticipating my follow up questions. He was easy to work with and although I did not move in due to timing, I will 100% recommend this property to my friends who are currently in the market for an apartment. 5 star customer service!!!!

I am coming back to review after living here going on 2 years now. Cindy use to be the property manager here for most of my first year. The atmosphere and care given to the property were phenomenal. The staff’s attention and attitude towards their resident’s needs were all such positive and greatly felt. Cindy was promoted to the regional manager, and since then, the property has plummeted. I don’t even know who the property manager is now and every time I speak with a staff member, they come off very “nice nasty”. When the app isn’t sufficient enough to take care of any of my needs, I try reaching out to the management office. Without fail, every single time, I get a voicemail and NEVER get a call back. Forcing me to stop by on my way home. Thank goodness the office is open until 6. I never get an email reply as well. Each interaction with office staff I leave more confused and frustrated. They shun you off like it’s not their problem or like you came in and interrupted their day. Please look somewhere else as this property hasn’t recovered from a well deserved team member being recognized and promoted. They can’t find a property manager that takes OWNERSHIP of the property. From the maintenance to the vendors, the property is not taken care of. I left the industry for that reason. We need a Chick-Fil-A type of management company.

I had lived here for 12 months and had a very worst experience on the move out. I have called out all the issues in the move in statement and none of them were fixed and while moving out they billed huge amount for all issues we mentioned in the move in statement. Even I shared the copy of move in statement to the management and they are saying it's non negotiable. Ok then what is the purpose of move in statement. In my 12 months here had a very bad experience anything u need to work on have to tell them multiple times and the current management at the office is not good. My recommendation would be just be careful whole move in and make a note even small issues in detail and take a copy of it but still there is no use because they will say they didn't give home like that so better take pics and keep each and everything with time and date to prove to them. But it's depends on your luck and their management mood to response to you.

This will be my first ever google review, but I have never seen such an expensive yet poorly managed facility. My girlfriend has lived here for roughly a year and within the first month of signing her lease the main elevator broke which they said would be fixed within 3-5 weeks but actually took 6 months to fix. Within the span of the last 2 weeks (in late June, among heat advisory days) her air conditioning broke 3 times, leaving her apartment at 83°. It took 2 days for them to fix it the first time, and it then broke again within a matter of days. The “24/7” maintenance line is not actually 24/7 more like 6/5 btw. She called multiple times and could only reach them a handful of times. When she did reach them all they did was submit a request to fix it. (which hasn’t happened to this day) You would think with such a high price point for rent they would at least take care of the basic necessities of the residents. I’d like to say they’d had the decency to offer reimbursement towards the days she’s paid for the ac that she doesn’t have, but they haven't. Honestly given the lack of management and care I doubt they ever will. I’d steer clear from this place given that there are more affordable options, that will actually take care of the bare minimum.

This is an update to my previous review regarding aggressive breed dogs and unleashed dogs. I am very pleased with how Megan and Niyah addressed my concerns in a timely and professional manner. Also, I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a number of years and it’s very peaceful. Thank you again Megan and Niyah.

I used to live in this community before it was bought out and replaced with new management - came back after 7 years to see a completely different atmosphere and approach, however I still filled out an application quickly realizing it was a huge mistake after reading complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. Niya Foster is the manager so that can only say so much about the rest of the team. Zero customer service skills with zero integrity.

I am a former resident of this community. And while I had issues with the management while I lived there I had to take a moment and recognize leasing consultants Deja and Marcus. I had ordered online and the package was delivered to Marq even though I’ve been gone over 2.5 years they worked with me for 2 days to help me successfully retrieve my package. Deja went above and beyond to take care of a FORMER resident and I am forever grateful!
