Worst place ever trash everywhere compactor stays broken they will take your money and move you in with it not being ready at all you are putting in work orders as soon as you move in the staff are very superficial just to lock you into a trash dump the gates to the pool area never works so you can access the pool also the coffee machine in the lounge area stays broken nobody is real it's all about the dollar signs not quality living two people have died on the property from gun violence there are Car break ins often and also no security patrolling the property also you need anything fixed they will take there sweet time ordering your parts of what you need fixed you paying over 2000 for ghetto living I used to work there and they did me a favor cause it was all an illusion I would not recommend these apartments at all people move out on a regular and they do not work with you at all you all been warned you think you getting quality cause its Midtown but it's not also if you walking up to Northside Dr trash everywhere on side walks and someone hit the light polls debris everywhere unsafe to walk on Atlanta is turning into a hateful place and its all about the money not caring about your feelings so save it I moved on to better and new beginnings in life closed chapter you all been warned I tell nothing but truth.

The office staff is amazing and follows through with your requests. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Kaylia, James, Chris and others. Outstanding customer service. The only negative I have is the grounds is a little uncapped. They are lights down in the garden area and the grill looks like it hasn’t been maintained in a long time but other than that amazing place I love my apartment. Five stars.

I have been living here for 5 years and never had a single complaint until property management changed. I'll start with the the pros: maintenance is the only reliable and efficient staff here. Cons: The property has rats due to poor waste management, trash is constantly overflowed. I woke up to a giant rat on my balcony, I will not be renewing my lease alone because of that. 2. A 26 year old girl was killed in our parking garage in the evening, which worries me as we use to have excellent security on the premises prior to change of property management. 3rd if you work from home do not move here as you constantly will be interrupted my a leaf blower as that is what is used to clean the halls everyday at 1pm. You're guest cars will also get broken into in the visitor parking or booted if parked over 2 hours. The leasing office staff does not follow up on concerns or return calls for that matter.

Been living here for almost two years now and still don't have much of a complaint. The property is well kept and management handles everything in a timely manner. I love it

I was calling to view and lease an apartment! A lady with an accent is rude and the last thing I want is another management company with no good, disrespectful full of attitude staff. I will be contacting corporate and they will not have my business! She was breathing and sighing as if she didn’t want to help!! I hung up on her. She needs to be fired !

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Mark at West Midtown apartments, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with what I saw. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this was a community that was truly dedicated to providing its residents with an exceptional living experience. Moreover, shoutout to Damon because he was a huge help with helping me to find the right unit for me.

Sure there is “visitor” parking, but if outside of the very low 2 hour limit, you get booted and pay $75. Meanwhile, you wait 1 hr for the boot company to come remove. Mark Midtown would have a lot more visitor spaces if they didn’t handicap the cars that are there… another hour waiting to remove the boot. Not cool2 hrs is too short for visitors. You can’t even watch most movies in 2 hours. Mark Midtown should reconsider its visitation limits.$75 later… the residents pay enough in rent

Amazing property! New to the city and I couldn't be more pleased. Very quiet, yet located near shoppes and eateries. Damon was very knowledgable of the property and was more than willing to answer all of my questions. Happy to call this property home!

Great property and staff! I signed a lease and everything went pleasant. The leasing agent Kayla was outstanding with staying on my files. James the assistant manager was awesome as well, kept me update on my amounts for move-in and informed me if it change or not. This amazing team lead by a wonderful property manager Mr. Walker! Him and his staff welcomed me with open arms to my new home.

I really enjoy living here. I love that when I need something taken care of the staff handles my problems quickly. The maintenance guy, Chris, was great. I had a few things I needed to be taken care of, he was fast, Knowledgeable and very nice.

I was here visiting a friend and maintenance came over to make repairs. The tech came in and introduced himself as Chris. He was very professional and pleasant while completing the work. This is huge because it shows the level of customer service from the company. I definitely would consider moving here myself.

Moving to Mark West at Midtown was the best decision I have made!!! The staff is impeccable!!!!! Especially the maintenance man named Chris he is amazing!!! He always goes above and beyond whenever I need a work order done!!
