Aaniya is the very best ! She took her time with me , and trust me. I am a very picky Queen ? She is very delightful , always smiling , very patient , polite and knows her stuff. A true keeper ! And really I think she should be a true model for Marc Jacob ? The perfect height , weight and she is shaped like a mannequin! This store is the best ! ?

I have purchased MJ online before but I was going out of town and wanted to confirm my purchases would arrive in time. I called the Lenox store this time and from the moment Patrice answered the phone I knew she would be my go to. She assured me she would take care of everything and there was plenty of time for shipping. She even sent me a photo of my bags before she packed them up to let me know we were on the same page. I received them in plenty of time w/a personal note & her contact info. She was professional, knowledgeable & patient. I was in retail for several years and appreciate great customer service, I found it at this store!

First time purchasing a bag here, was treated with nothing but respect. normally when i walk into higher end stores i am rudely spoken to because of my age and i don’t dress like i “have money” they were patient and helped me find a bag i am totally in love with will definitely return

Manager is a horrible person. Treated me as if I was a speck of dirt. The other sales people were super friendly but I don’t know how they could ever work with such scumbags!!

If I could leave a 0, I would. The manager is a piece of work. I went to exchange bags yesterday and not only would he not allow it even though I had the receipt and tags on the bag, he pulled out my dead fathers prescription from the bag and waved it around the store like a flag “it’s used, we cannot exchange it” and then argued with me even more. I’ve never been treated like this at ANY other store that is actually luxury like AP, LV or any others. I would not EVER recommend going here until this disgusting trash is fired!

Came here to buy a purse. All were friendly except for the kind of tall black heavy black Manager. She walked by me at least 2-3 times didn't say a word. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.

Please read your receipt, the receipt returned policy is printed very small that the naked eye you can not read it.it is important that you know. The sales rep do not tell you “All sales are final , exchange only. “Like I informed the sales rep, it is your job to inform your customers the return policy. It is not about the bag, it’s the principal of the sale. They are making you keep something that you may not want. I have shop at all the top design stores at Lenox and this is the first time I ever came across a situation like this.
