Buyers fees are outrageous .......no appreciation for dealers with these buyers fees !!Returned a vehicle due to no title and took 2 weeks to get money reimbursed .....should have paid my tow fee to return vehicle but fees only apply to customers not Manheim. They have a lot of wasted expenditures but don't seem to care because company pass those on to dealers !

Atlanta police towed my vehicle 30 miles from break down location to Manhiem Yard. Breakdown was only 4 miles from home. I got my car after hunting it down. 24 hours after breaking down. Lesson: Call 911 when stranded to avoid tow.
