I should have looked at the reviews on here prior to trying this store, because I see others felt the same way I did. The owner is incredibly rude, turning what should be a very special day into a very belittling and condescending one. You can tell right off the bat by the way she answered our initial phone calls and the lack of customer service skills. Everything felt like a burden to her and that I was wasting HER time. They care more about making a sale than helping a bride find her perfect gown and have the special day we have all hoped and dreamed of having. My mom called it the second we got on the phone with her, but there was one dress I had to try on here that I saw other places nearby did not carry. Really disheartening experience. I would make a longer drive to get the same designer than recommend this place.

If I could give Mandi ten stars, I would! The other bridal salons simply do not compare to the hospitality and “at home” feel you will have with Mandi. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I could tell how much energy and passion Mandi brings to helping you find the perfect dress for YOU! Of all my appointments, even in NYC, she was the absolute most knowledgable, and makes the experience so enjoyable and relaxing.

Mandi is truly a conductor of wedding dresses leading a symphony of harmonies like my lower price point, varied designer favorites and styles. She was such a warm and inviting owner- I have to say she is one of the best experiences I’ve had as a bride. I would tell everyone in Atlanta to make sure they stop at the St. Regis (we loved the Champagne bar!!!) to see her if you’re looking for an ultra-tailored experience, she is a must. She made my mom and sisters feel like family and we won’t soon forget it. Thank you Mandi!

I booked a few appointments across the city for my sister's wedding and we had the most amazing time with Mandi by far!
We loved how direct she was about her inventory - her level of service and attention to detail is unmatched.
We found the most beautiful dress for her here and we could not be more thrilled! Thank you Mandi!

I have loved working with Mandi! She is so sweet and willing to accommodate my busy schedule when needed. They have a great selection of classic and timeless dresses. They recently relocated to the St.Regis and the new location is stunning. I’d recommend anyone looking for a high end wedding dress to shop at Mandi Jackson Bridal!

Giving it this score for several reasons listed belowI was disappointed at the limited selection. I did prior research on the brands that the store carries, and asked about certain styles and dresses I liked/ was going for. She assured me they carried very similar styles to what I listed, but this definitely didn't seem like the case. It looked like the store selected only ballgown or body con dresses from the brands. There's more bridal styles than the two above styles. For some reason, a lot of dresses also tended to use the shinier materials, instead of matted colored fabric. I could have saved the $100 mandatory entry fee had she been honest and told me they didn't carry the dresses/styles I wanted. It ended up being a 15min appointment as all the dresses in the shop were not my style. This lack of transparency made me think it was intentional just to collect the $100 fee which no other bridal shop in Atlanta has. Really disappointed because again, I loved the brands, but the dress selection was almost comical in how limited it was.

What a terrible experience for a bride! The owner is rude and classless. She rushed us in and out. We were late to our appointment but given the prices of the dresses we still expected service and respect… neither of which we received. They did not have shoes for the bride to try on, we were not offered any waters or champagne, and a few of the girls were insulted. The owner said she had an appt and we had to leave by 3:25 however we saw her go next door into another shop and linger around until 345. The dresses were terribly dirty as well her samples are very beaten up.I would look for another alternative, any really, besides giving this women any business.

If you want to feel like Vivian Ward in Pretty Woman definitely go to Mandi Jackson Bridal. I have never felt so disgusted and disrespected by the way I was treated on the phone when discussing my budget for my wedding gown. If you aren't at a certain price point they make you feel like you aren't welcome in their store. Be better!

Mandi Jackson is a LIFE SAVER!!! I was in a major bind (had to get somewhat of a last minute gown for my wedding) and she truly saved me and made me the happiest bride. It is clear that she loves what she does - she is warm, kinda and went above and beyond to help make sure I feel beautiful on my wedding day. I can't say enough good things about her.

Sadly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had while shopping for my bridal gown. The shop owner seemed didn’t seem interested at all in helping us with the gown we were looking to purchase. She was rude and acted like she had better things to do. Thankfully Wedding Ángels in Roswell quickly made space for an appointment and I bought my dream dress that same day!!!!

Mandi was amazing. I found the perfect dress (actually, she found it!), within 30 min of entering. Since I was a Covid bride, I thought it was going to be a nightmare rescheduling everything, but Mandi made it so easy. Also, Jessica did my alterations. She literally had to restructure the whole dress...then wait a year, then adjust everything again. By the time I was a couple weeks out from my wedding, I had lost weight. She took the whole thing in an inch overnight. I had no idea that was possible! Her work was absolutely impeccable and she was such a pleasure to talk to. These two ladies really are miracle workers!

Mandi could not have been more sweet or patient for my first time trying on dresses (without having the exact idea of what I wanted.) She gave incredible advice without "pushing" anything in the slightest. It was reassuring that each dress could be customized through her, and with an already stunning collection it was hard to choose an absolute favorite (still undecided on my exact style.) I fell in love with dresses in my budget range - as well as ones half of my budget. I'm glad I have a happy memory with her and I will certainly be back and recommend everyone I know to her!
