I had the best experience at Madewell yesterday. I believe it was the manager helping me but she did everything she could to help me get ready for my trip that’s in a week and I had my one year old with me! The customer service all around was amazing.

Very Limited Selection for men. I mean not much of anything besides a few jeans and shirts. They don't get all the most recent styles. I always go there to try on new items but 100% of the time not available. Only some stores or online. I only come here when i'm just having a casual window shopping day.The one in Ponce City Market/ Lenox tends to have more updated styles for both men and women

No men’s vintage denim. This location has extremely limited selection of men’s. Drove about an hour. Disappointing. Stuff does seem very nice. And staff were helpful

Sabria was very patient with a complicated return/exchange and also very patient and helpful when I tried on 10+ pairs of jeans. Excellent customer service! I appreciate it!

I ran in a few minutes before closing only to be told by an employee that they were closed as she escorted us out. ( two other women were still shopping). I stepped out with my daughter upset by this employee's behavior towards myself and my daughter. I called inside and asked for their corporate number and was put on hold by the same rude employee. I hung up and was about to walk away when Ashley another employee of Madewell came out, greeted us and asked if we needed help. I explained that I just wanted a t-shirt I had seen online. She not only let me pick the t-shirt, she also gave me a discount and was super nice and sincere. Ashley is an asset to that store. How you treat people is important and Ashley went the extra mile on 4-10-22 @5:59-6:05 pm. @the perimeter mall store in Atlanta Ga. Thank you so much honey.Blessings always. (Her associate can learn alot from her)

Best jeans in town. Worth the high price. The other clothes probably could be cheaper.

I wish I could give more stars! Definitely the best Madewell I’ve ever been too. They are always so sweet and kind. The manager even checks in to see if you need any help. You just feel genuinely welcomed. :)

Update:I reached out to the managers via an email to corporate, and got a gracious email response from the manager (Cara, I believe) at the Alpharetta location. I came in to the Alpharetta location to exchange, and was shocked at how much better their customer service was. I really appreciated how gracious they were.Came in and spent over $200. Was told I could bring in a pair of jeans to receive a $20 rebate within "a couple of weeks." Called to find out if they would honor it, and manager Kelly was very rude and said it was "7 days, no exceptions." Not coming here again. They will wine and dine you to get your money, and then treat you like trash if you want a refund or rebate. Not worth your time.

I had such a great customer service experience at this Madewell location. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed assistance with a previously purchased pair of super comfortable and cute button up jeans. I will definitely be shopping at this location again. I can’t say the same for the Avalon Madewell location where I received essentially zero assistance.

Madewell is J Crew in the 2000's before they got away from their roots. I hope Madewell doesn't make the same mistake... (I remember when J Crew use to have Japanese made women's suits that were cut with such precision and all their shoes were Made in Italy....they had beautiful crisp white shirts that rival Savile Row...then they decided they wanted to be popular and decided to go cut corners...that's why I haven't bought a J Crew piece in years...why buy crap for $56 when I can go to Target and get the same sweater but pay $24. ) When I looked up the company's history to see if its a stock worth investing I was surprised to see that they were owned by J Crew... The company is doing better than J Crew in sales even though it only has 88 stores compare to J Crew's over 230+ stores. I think one of the reason it's doing so well is the way the clothing is made and how they are cut. Their fabric has quality and the cut for their jeans shows they actually pay attention to how women's bodies are shaped as oppose to a stick mannequin. The company focuses only on women's clothing and has a great denim line... I would describe their style as hip, and artsy but not too boho to the point that you have to carry around a copy of Allen Ginsberg's poetry... They have super cute jewelry that's is sophisticated and trendy but not cheapy... The prices I think isn't too high but they're aren't cheap like Zara but I think you get what you pay for...their pieces are the ones you can wear season after season and toss in the washer without having to worry too much...plus they have great sweaters that won't make you look like you borrowed it from your granny...
