I had the best experience at Madewell yesterday. I believe it was the manager helping me but she did everything she could to help me get ready for my trip that’s in a week and I had my one year old with me! The customer service all around was amazing.

No men’s vintage denim. This location has extremely limited selection of men’s. Drove about an hour. Disappointing. Stuff does seem very nice. And staff were helpful

Sabria was very patient with a complicated return/exchange and also very patient and helpful when I tried on 10+ pairs of jeans. Excellent customer service! I appreciate it!
