Just wanted to quickly give a positive review here as I came to Ponce Market yesterday with the intention of going to another clothing store here but walked by the window of Madewell and saw some good looking men’s shirts so turned around and went in. I was just going to buy a shirt or two for a special event I have coming up this week but thanks to the fine help from Kimberly I ended up expanding my summer wardrobe, which needed to be done anyway. I even went back out to the car and grabbed 3 of my sport coats and brought them in so Kimberly could help me find some good colored shirts and pants that make full outfits with my existing coats. She did a great job of finding my sizes when they weren’t on the floor, she knew that some of the Madewell pieces needed to be sized down from what I usually wear to make them fit me well. She also did a great job of multitasking. I never felt like she “left me” as I shopped and tried stuff on, but she helped multiple other customers and kept an eye on when she was needed at the register. Once I got a few more pieces that I expected and I knew the bill was getting “up there”, I asked if they had any discounts available and she did give me a healthy one so I was able to finish out my summer outfits in this one trip. I had never heard of Madewell prior to this visit. I was very happy with the fresh looks, quality feel of the materials, the choices in fitments for the money. I’ll be back for the choices and the customer services. Keep up the good work guys.

Please, do not buy anything from this overpriced store, it will become discolored in the wash if you follow the washing instructions on the tag, and then they won't allow you to return it

I had an excellent shopping experience here! Madewell offers an incredible customer service reminiscent of old school department stores - a salesperson assists you throughout your shopping and pulls new sizes and styles as needed.Diana was super helpful, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the store’s offerings. She convinced me to size down on a pair of jeans when I’d normally be too nervous about tightness. She was right though! I’ve worn the pair a few times and they remain comfortable and contoured to my body in a flattering way throughout the day, but also provide stretch as I’m moving about. I left the store with two new pairs of high quality jeans.I’m probably not buying jeans anywhere else going forward. I’m happy to support fair trade products and the companies that are working to normalize it. The clothing is exceptionally well made (I’m sure this joke has been made 500 times) and is well worth the price point. They also clearly give a damn about customer experience and training their employees for success. Forever a fan!

Reagan S was so helpful and kind. She graciously assisted me with looking for several pieces in the store that were no longer on the floor. Reagan was proactive in signing me up to receive free shipping on the items that were not in the store so that they could be shipped to my home. She asked great questions about when I needed to receive my clothes and offered appropriate shipping choices. Thank you Reagan S, your help was greatly appreciated!!!!

It’s so refreshing when you interact with folks who genuinely love their job and sincerely want to help. Bella was incredibly helpful and perfectly balanced allowing me to shop in peace, but made sure I was aware of the available sale items and discounts. Wonderful experience. I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me but she assisted me with getting my favorite pair of jeans repaired. The rip was large so we were both uncertain but I received my jeans in the mail today and they were repaired! How Blessed and thankful I am.

Reagan was SO helpful in my last minute scramble to fine clothes for a vacation. She made it fun and easy to explore some new styles and even ended up setting up a true try-on appointment since I need “tall” jeans and they didn’t have them in store. Very impressed with the level of customer service! Thank you!

I overall enjoy this brand, so shopping here was pleasant. Helpful staff, clean and easy to navigate store — and trying on is super easy with the dressing rooms in the middle of the floor, making it easy for the attendants to be helpful. Also this store is shockingly well staffed for brick and mortar. Bags and leather goods are excellent quality, accessories are reasonably priced and most clothing is sewn to last. Got my tote monogrammed here in only 20 min, and I love it!

My wife and I drove 5 hours from Pensacola FL to try on maternity clothes at this store and it did not disappoint. Ashanti ordered some clothes ahead of time for my wife to try on and Karina helped her choose the perfect outfits. Customer service and professionalism from Ashanti and Karina was a 10/10. And they even let us bring our puppy inside! Highly recommended!

Lovely staff. I always love chatting with the staff and they make me feel very welcomed. However I wish they offered a wider size range in the store. Even though my size is online, I’d shop there more if I could try stuff in person.

Nice store!! I visited on May 11th after my graduation because upon arrival, I noticed that I was ashy (lol) ... I was headed to the Roof. The sales rep was attentive, nice and gave me advice on the lotion. I chose Chambray Floral Amber! I will definitely shop here again.
