Not the best service here, I’d definitely recommend going elsewhere. Staff confirmed the date and time to pick up my items still wasn’t ready 4 days later. She ended up handing me a wet comforter, I’m so disappointed.

I found these cleaners a few years ago. Issues started when I came to the owner with my expensive wedding dress. I asked if they were capable of cleaning the dress and boxing it. I was told yes. I came back a week or two later, and my vera wang wedding dress was wrinkled, stuffed in a black trash bag, and had stains from their attempts to clean it. They still charged me 500, and then I had to pay over triple that to get it fixed. Only this week did the owner apologize in writing, stating that they should have communicated their limitations. Still trying to support a black business, I decided to only bring small, simple things to them. To summarize, they lost clothing and ruined skirts and silk cami. I will not be going back, but I asked if they could replace the cami, which was new; the owner refused to give me the full amount, saying the value depreciated. They are unprofessional, will ruin your clothes, and will refuse to take responsibility, and now I have to spend more time on this nonsense to get my money back for ALL the damage they have caused, which I will be pursuing since they refused to act responsibly.

I had some window treatments that were in desperate need of cleaning and MnJ were recommended. I dropped them off and when I wasn’t able to pick them up, they dropped them off to me at my job!
Customer service and cleaning is impeccable! I recommend them all the time!!!

I was lookin 4 a alteration shop & I came across them on google.I had them hem 4 pairs of pants that were too long & they did an "AMAZING" job.The pants looked as if they were bought like that & I am sooooooooo PLEASED??

Took a rug in for cleaning and was quoted $65.00 over the phone! When I dropped it off I was told it could be more! I clearly ask them to call me if more because I could replace it for $100.00! Went to pick it up and was told the cost would be $120.00! Ask why no one notified me and was told they forgot! I told them to keep the rug!

I used their service for the first time to fix my leather jacket, it's now repaired!!(it was rotting in my closet for years and they brought it back to wearable outfit!!^^ )I appreciate their work I'm gonna bring more leather/nice cloths to fix!
