This place needs to be condemned. I’d give it zero stars if that was an option.Fire alarms constantly malfunction and have the most piercing sounds that flow through your unit and hallway.Gates constantly break causing anyone to be able to get in.Urine and fecal matter have been found in the hallways. The staircases smell awful and there is dog poop and trash all over the property.Homeless people frequent the property and have access points to get inside the hallwaysPackages are constantly stolenThe courtesy officer is dismissive and unhelpfulThe water constantly goes out and appliances are outdated/do not work wellThis place is not safe, sanitary, or worth the price point. These units should be $300-$500 cheaper per month based on the absolute liability and lack of amenities you take on by living here

DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR PACKAGES STOLEN. The front office has been alerted numerous times that people steal from the mailroom, open packages are strewn about, and they do NOTHING.

Jeff and Jess has amazing customer service! They have been extremely helpful throughout my entire move in process and with any requests I’ve had! I am truly appreciative of them!

I have been residing here for slightly more than a month, and during this time, I have encountered a few issues. Firstly, the water heater had to be replaced, which resulted in my living room carpet being soaked for several days. Additionally, I discovered mold in the closet and had to have the kitchen sink faucet replaced. Furthermore, the hallways give off a dated vibe. In light of these experiences, I would recommend updating the entire community to ensure it matches the modern standards of other apartments in the area, considering the price point.With that out of the way, the staff is truly wonderful.

The most horrific living experience I’ve ever had, moved in August of last year a month later a leak occurred throughout my whole time there maintenance only bandage the problem. The office staff never answered the phone. The apartment became inhabitable

Aukura gave me an extremely thorough tour of the property she took us through the entire building and showed us 3 apartments. The tour was informative and she had amazing energy. She was super accommodating and made sure we had all the information we needed.

MAA Brookwood has had its fair share of leasing agents. Some good… some not so great. The property is not the easiest to live at at times, but what I can say is our current familiar faces in the leasing office have made it very enjoyable. Jessica has been around for a while now and every time I see her she’s always radiating positive energy. If I ever have an issue I go straight to her because I know not only will she find a solution, but she’ll do it with a smile. Something so small really goes a long way when you’re a frustrated resident. And if Jessica is not available my new go to is definitely Brandon. He’s new to this property but has already been so helpful.

This is a very welcoming & friendly community compared to the other Maa’s.. Aukura assisted me & answered all my questions . She also took the time to give me as much options as possible.

Great location I was helped by the assistant manager Amyrreah and she was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very respectful through out the entire process. I’ve dealt with a lot of leasing agents and she’s by far made my experience the best. Thank you Amyrreah ! Hope you get a raise ??

Jeffrie is SO AMAZING. He was the agent that gave us the tour and he was so helpful and so so kind and hilarious! Jeffrie’s tour was a 12/10 experience and if anyone is looking to call this place home, come and see Jeffrie and you will be so excited to call this place home!!!

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. For this area at this price point, this would have to be the worst apartment complex to live in!!! Come to the Camden Brookwood they have comparable prices, same area and you will not have to deal with stolen packages TERRIBLE parking accommodations and boots for your visitors. This has to be the worst apartment complex in this area. I’m telling you if you never listen to a review listen to this one!! I applied last year beCause I wanted my son to go to E rivers elementary and let’s just say it was the worst experience ever that led me to the Camden Brookwood.

Jessica was amazing! Very friendly, very knowledgeable of the property and surrounding areas. She made sure she answered all of my questions and provided me with all of the supporting information that I needed to know. I give Jessica an A+. I’ll definitely be looking forward to being apart of the community. Plus, she’s from Louisiana like me, so she was very relatable. Thank you for helping me Jessica! You’re awesome. <3
