No customer service at all. The guy put the tire on without showing me. I got about 10 miles away and the tire pressure light came on, I stopped at a gas station and looked at the tire. It barely had any tread and was loosing air.
Also, since there’s no signs giving you notice, there’s a $5 disposal fee and $2 card fee. The fees I understand, but due to me not carrying cash, I called and asked about the price so I can get the cash and this wasn’t disclosed.
Don’t waste your $57 thinking you’re getting a good deal bc it may end up costing you more.

Quality tires, fast service, WAAAAYYU easier on the pockets than my normal place. I'll never go anywhere else for tires again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I went to get a tire replaced and was given a tire with deep dents and cuts in it causing my car to shake when driven. The owner tried to say it wasn’t due to the tire and that I needed an alignment, which was false because I had just gotten an alignment at the dealership a few days prior. He then proceeds to “replace” the tire in which he put my old tire back onto my car and flipped it so you could not see the damage on the other side. I do not recommend!!!

How does he stripe the thread of my new car and call the police on me when I tried to get reconciled for the damage. Don’t go here. He is not a real man of integrity and does care about the customers only money. I have a new dodge charger tires have never been changed I came here to get a used tire becuse one of the back tire wires wear showing and do not want to have a blow out. Just unprofessional will be taking them to court just because how unruly and rude the owner was about damageing my stuff.

I just came to this shop I explained that I only needed a plug on my tires he decided that he didn’t want to plug my tire because I wouldn’t give him 20$ cash I only had a card on me and I ask him was he card machine down he said no also this is my second time coming up here very rude and nonchalant also give out bad so be careful make this your last resort
