Friendly family-owned business with excellent customer service! Needed to have links removed from a new watch, called up, and got the store owner, who got me taken care of same-day and did it FAST. Also offered me solid advice on another watch that I've been wanting to have serviced. By the way, they have a great jewelry selection, too. A real 'hidden gem' in Atlanta. Great experience from start to finish. I went in for my initial visit and Heba helped me explore options to upgrade my wife's ring. We created a draft of which I was sent a diagram to approve before work began, work that all takes place in house mind you. Picking it up was such a gratifying and triumphant feeling, knowing that they involved me in each step of the process. I was extremely satisfied and my wife was blown away with the finished product. I highly recommend Luxor and wouldn't hesitate to come back for future needs.

Manuk and his wife are amazing and provide excellent service! I have a gold chain from New York that my mom gave me 20 years ago along with a gold ring I’ve had for 28 years. The gold chain had broke in different sections! I took it to Luxor fine Jewelry and Manuk fixed it and made it look brand new! My ring kept splitting because the gold was thin and it’s 28 yrs old but they filled it to make it more solid and my ring now looks new and solid with no worries of it breaking. I’m very happy that Luxor fine Jewelry was able to recover the look of my 20+ year old jewelry! Thank you so much!

The service and quality is exceptional at Luxor. I would recommend anyone looking for top of the line jewlery to go and visit the store. The owner and staff treat you as one of the family. They put no pressure on you to buy and still make you feel welcome. This is one of Atlanta's hidden gems. If you looking for that one of kind piece at a reasonable price it's there .

I highly recommend Luxor Fine Jewelry. I and my family have been in several times to purchase diamonds. It is hard to price a diamond when you’re not in the industry. I feel comfortable when making purchases at this place. Manuk is honest and trustworthy. I will definitely return for future jewelry needs.

This is the best jewelry store around. I have no clue why anyone would go to Shane co or anywhere else for that matter for Chinese manufactured jewelry when you can get handmade peices for the same price. Usually cheaper because the owner is a great business man and will negotiate. Will be going back for a Cuban link chain next month! Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Luxor Fine Jewelry and working with Manuk and Talar on your jewelry purchase! One year ago I had a stunning 4ct+ custom eternity band set in platinum made for me at Luxor. This purchase was one I debated about for many years. I went to over 10 jewelers before deciding to work with Luxor and it was a whim that I came across their location located within the America's Mart building as I was there attending a trade show for work.
Manuk and Talar made me 110% comfortable with making this purchase even from afar after I returned to my home state. They provided all details needed, took multiple calls from me on the phone and were extremely patient as I debated over the little details of this ring. The end result is a beautiful ring I will have for decades to come. Their pricing was also very competitive as I was quoted for the same ring to be thousands more.
