Lowe's really needs to improve their returns/pick up process. There are usually 4+ employees behind the counter or on floor close by with maybe one employee taking returns and the others talking to each other about whateinstead of helping with the line of customers.

Poor customer service, poor selection, online orders take at least 30 minutes to fulfill if not longer when the orders are ready for pickup. Special order items arrive opened as if they've been returned. Shop Home Depot. They just do so much better. It's worth the extra 10 minute drive to Ponce de Leon

Tried to by a gallon and a pint of paint off the clearance rack.. got the price override but manager would not override the pint because it was “white” so I had to put it back. Not sure what the issue is with a used can not being discounted..

Trying to find small hooks and hanging hardware is a nightmare. Constantly out or disorganized, nothing matches the online location.Update: things are clearly getting better but still a little disorganized. The app is helpful, and staff are even better. Today someone didn't give up on helping me find an item even after 2 missed, she enlisted another member who knew exactly what I needed and where it was.

Management is quoting prices and not honoring what was stated. This was on counter tops. ? The store manager refused to honor the pricing due to an error on the stores part. He offered a 20% discount which left me holding the bag on an additional +$3200, due to the stores error! He then said he was not going to take a hit to his store and gave me ultimatum, pay it or go elsewhere. So he didn’t want to take a hit for his stores mistake but it’s fine to pass the stores mishap onto me the customer.Ethics matter, accountability matters.. customers matter! Corporate greed has gotten out of control!

Stephanie and Daren were extremely helpful in assisting me with an issue I was quite upset about. They calmed me down a explained a misunderstanding I had with the store policy and compromised to a point I left extremely satisfied.

This store is an embarrassment to the brand. I’ve never seen a store function with so much chaos and confusion. Multiple issues with plumbing, doors and countertop installations. Countertops was my last straw. I was quoted a price and went to the store to pay my deposit. Mind you I only got this far along after executive corporate had to get involved because the associate nor the store manager were returning calls. After my issue was escalated to executive corporate The ASM and I agreed to my confirmed price. $ 58sqft. Unknown to me the countertop associate quoted my po with the wrong price it rang up as $188sqft! Corporate had to press the store manager to even call me back . He gave me an ultimatum I could pay the higher price or go elsewhere. He was not willing to take a large hit to his store! He offed 20% off which left an extra burden to me of roughly +$3200 due to the stores mistake! He didn’t want to take a bit to his store but but he was fine passing his stores pricing error onto me, the consumer!Ethics matter, accountable matters, customer service matters! Corporate greed and bonuses over customer service seem to be the excepted norm at this store. Lowe’s executive corporate has not stepped in to do what is right either. What happened to this brand?Arthur Blank would have never!

Used to love coming here but a few months ago an associate in the garden section was whistling so loud I couldn’t think. It was that kill bill tune, and doing it over and over. I didn’t want to be rude so I approached an associate inside to ask him to politely approach his coworker to ask him to explain my issue. I am neurodivergent so sounds can start an episode for me. He looked at me like I was a Karen, kept saying “okay…” and giving me side eye. After I apologized to him for inconveniencing him I left. I had my husband eventually approach the associate outside and politely tell him the issue and he was fine with stopping whistling. I know this is such a trivial issue, and my comfort should not be a worry for others but I feel it’s important to create a harmonious and calming shopping environment for people like me who have an invisible disability.

if i could put zero i happily would. currently in the middle of the worst customer service experience of my life. after delaying my purchase’s delivery twice, they delivered the incorrect grill - a grill they do not even sell. and this incorrect grill that they do not sell was broken! upon trying to reconcile this mishap they’ve put up a force field of negligence and incompetence so strong that i fear ill be stuck with this Grill From Nowhere. run, sprint in the opposite direction. photos of the incorrect, broken grill that they do not sell below.
