Lowe's really needs to improve their returns/pick up process. There are usually 4+ employees behind the counter or on floor close by with maybe one employee taking returns and the others talking to each other about whateinstead of helping with the line of customers.

The people at my Lowe's store are friendly and efficient. They placed an order for a washer and dryer on Thursday, November 30th to be delivered Monday, December 4th between 8 AM and 12 PM. I received text messages that the order was on the way. At 6:30 PM the driver called and told me he was at stop number 8 and I was stop number 15, and that I should reschedule. I called the delivery company Spirit and they said the appliances were routed incorrectly and the earliest I would receive them was Thursday, December 4th. I asked to speak to a supervisor at the delivery company to complain about the lack of delivery on December 4th. SInce that call, each time I call the delivery service I am automatically transferred to the store where I purchased the appliances. The assistant manager told me the delivery company does this when there is a problem . Thursday, December 7th I went to Lowe's to cancel the order. The nice young man in customer service did so and said I'd receive the credit that night when the appliances were returned to the warehouse. I should tell the driver to cancel the order because I wanted a refund. When the driver called, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. The problem is that the delivery company will not process my refund request and Lowes is unable to do so itself. I've called Lowes customer service every day for 5 days and received the same answer, that the delivery company Spirit must process the refund. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge providing all the above information plus the order number. The people who work for Lowes are nice and friendly but they should be able to process a refund in place of Spirit delivery doing so. I'm frustrated with Lowes lack of customer service regarding this matter.

I purchased a dehumidifier at full price, brand new in the box. When I got home to install it, upon pulling it out of the box, it was obvious the machine was used, I mean seriously filthy and caked with dust, no filter installed. I put it back in the box, and in pot my car to exchange it. After a couple of weeks, I returned to the store to exchange it. However, they refused to exchange it because I couldn't find my receipt. I had paid cash, because the store doesn't offer Apple Pay. Therefore, they couldn't pull up the receipt from my card. Anyway, I ended up buying another new dehumidifier. After I installed it, I returned the dirty one with my receipt from the new purchase. It was such a hassle. The people who work there are rude, unprofessional, lazy, and stupid. The store is filthy and items are not organized. The whole place seems like it's about to go out of business. I'll stick with Home Depot moving forward.

GO TO "LOWES SUCKS" ON FACEBOOK AND SEE 15,000 OTHERS LIKE US WHO WERE RIPPED OFF BY LOWES BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Started a project with Lowes. They ordered a card to put the project on. Three month within the project received no card no bills. I then get a call to inform me my payment is late. Contact Lowe's to get information about what is going on. They said they sent everything out even though I received none of it, payed my bill and requested a new one. One month later a card arrives in the mail and tried to activate it and was unable to do so. So again I called to find out why to find out the card I just received was the original card they supposedly sent out 3 months ago. Ask what is going on and they responded by do you want us to send out another card. I told them no since I just received the card they supposedly sent out 3 month ago and still no billing statements. The person on the phone says well no need to examine the billing statements since it has already been reviewed (I still haven't received one). They had major delays with the project itself and did not contact me once about it leaving me in the dark. Lowe's do not Value it's customers.

Lowe's in McDonough, GA. On 8/14/23 I purchased a vanity that was on sale. I was not told it was not in stock. I received a call on September 2nd stating the vanity was no longer available. I went in the store on 9/9/23 and purchased a different vanity. Since the measurements had already been completed I was told someone from installation would be calling me. I never heard from anyone. I received a call stating the vanity would be in on 10/03/23 or 10/04/23. Strange because again no one said it had to be ordered.I called on 10/4/23 and was told by the store manager Tim that it was not in and he would call me on the 5th. To this day Tim has never called. I called back on 10/8/23 and was told by customer service that the vanity came in on the 1st of October...8 days ago. I was to get a call from installation. To date I have not received a call and today is 10/17/23. I have made multiple calls and keep getting the run around. I spoke to Katie in installation and she was of no help. Manager Tori left me a voice-mail. She was no help. I went into the store and spoke with manager Jorge who assured me he would call installation Monday, 10/16 and call me at 11a.m. He never called. I called the store and a lady in customer service gave me the number to an installer named John. I called and left a message as Monday is his day off. I will see if he returns my call. Meanwhile I'm wondering why Lowe's does not care about their customers. Why NO ONE knows how to return a call? Why can I not get the vanity installed that I paid for over a month ago? Why is management not doing anything? I called corporate and they did NOTHING! The manager in the store said to be honest corporate is not going to do anything. I was shocked to say the least. So my fight continues to get someone to call me to get the vanity installed. It's obvious that no one knows how to return calls or tell the truth. I have done all the calling, been put on hold for over 30 minutes, have had the phone picked up and disconnected or put back oh hold. Pitiful and pathetic service. My recommendation is to run fast from Lowe's. They don't give a hoot about their customers. I'm done. This has been a horrifying experience that I wish on no one. I shall shop Home Depot from now on. Lowe's gets a ZERO rating.

My love for visiting home improvement stores knows no bounds. As one who loves DIY and decor, and a granddaughter of a man who did carpentry in his free time, I always enjoy taking time to shop and stroll through Lowe's. On my recent visit, I was refurbishing an old wood dresser and figured I'd stop into Lowe's for the items I needed. This location is in Edgewood plaza, away from the busy shopping portion of the plaza. I love this Lowe's location because there's tonssss of parking and it's so easy to maneuver through vs. the other location nearest me. Upon entry, you immediately run into all of the fun holiday decor (they've already got Christmas items out, love it!) and the brightness of the store really just wakes you up lol. I ended up visiting twice for this project, I needed spray paint, sanding paper and drawer handles/knobs. I like to take my time to walk around the store and I'm always happy to not be asked a million times if I need help, but when you do need assistance, they're incredibly quick to help guide you. Finding everything was incredibly easy thanks to the aisle markers and I'm also a member of the MyLowes program which details where to find the items in the store as well. I did have to exchange the initial drawer handles that I purchased since they were an inch too long and the young lady working returns was so sweet, but my girl didn't know how to do an exchange, lol. Which meant I had to go to another cashier for my purchase, but it was a few extra minutes and both of the associates were patient. Heads up that they do not accept tap-to-pay or apple payment! Happy Shopping!

I came to Lowe's to purchase a screen door and to have it installed. This is the third Lowe's I have been to in two weeks with the same mission. At Caroline Street, I could sign up to have someone come to measure--no call within 48 hours. I call the store, and no one is working in this department today. I asked for a manager and was told he was busy. Worst customer service

I've never had a good experience with any of the Lowe's stores. recently, I tried to order a particular dryer online but couldn't. I tried ordering by phone but no one would answer in the appliance department. Finally I drove 30 minutes in traffic and went in person. I waited 20 minutes to get help, and the associate took my order and scheduled installation. When the day arrived, they delivered a washer, not a dryer. The salesperson had entered the wrong item number in the store, which was similar and the same price to the dryer. I spent 3 hours trying to resolve the issue by phone, but no one returned my calls, and based on earlier experiences of not being able to reach anyone, I gave up and reported them to 2 consumer groups.

Absolute worst experience with Lowe's. Bought a $1K washer. Deliverer didn't install it even though I paid for installation. Simply took the old washer and left the new washer sitting there. I'll never go to Lowe's for anything again.

August 16, 2023 Another disappointment with Lowes delivery. This time, they gave me grief because they arrived early, and I couldn't be there any earlier than 7 minutes before the appointment they gave me. One thing led to another, they spoke a little Spanish among themselves, then loaded the merchandise back on the truck, then left. Besides canceling the order, which I did, this type of medium is my only recourse to inform people of my experience.

Actually, we have had several bad experiences with the Lowes Atlanta Edgewood customer service. The one last night takes the cake and made me come out and post reviews. Last weekend we purchased patio furniture to be delivered. I was told they would email me my receipt and I would receive and email about delivery. After 3 days, received nothing. Called store at 2pm thinking they should not be busy. Immediately put on hold. Waited 20 minutes and then called back. Immediately put on hold, waited 25 minutes. Called back again and was on hold for 30 minutes this time. At dinner discussed with my spouse and we decided to drive all the way there to find out about our order. I decided to call while on our way. Actually, got to talk to a person. She took my info and put me on hold. We arrived 18.5 mins later. No customers were in line. Customer service rep was just standing there looking dumb. The phone was constantly bleeping. They provided terrible customer service on purpose. This isn't the only time we have had issues. We will now drive several miles further to the Home Depot. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ACTUALLY HATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE TERRIBLE SERVICE ON PURPOSE!!!

Terrible experience! Cabinet "designer" (employed by Loews) messed up measurements on $17,000 worth of cabinet despite multiple reassurances. After delivery, it took weeks to get in touch with the managers. Turns out the same designer had similar conplaints on file from different clients. Makes me question the type of talent they hire here. After multiple calls and frequent visits to the store, they agreed to pick up the cabinets and refund me. After 3 weeks of "scheduled" pick ups where the driver never showed (had to take off work for them not to show twice), they picked them up, and am still waiting over 3 more weeks for a refund check. Cannot get in touch with ANYONE from the store to talk to. Manager never returns calls and leaves messages on read.

I've had the worst Lowe's experience on Saturday!!! 1st time at this Lowe's location and apparently they aren't concerned about customers!!! I can understand why family and friends only shop at Home Depot!!! The customer service supervisor or lead was VERY RUDE!!! I had an issue with using a gift card and she was very rude! She told me it wasn't anything they could do and walked off! She didn't suggest anyway for me to get help at all!!! What happens to this money on gift cards that the store won't help resolve??? Are companies making a good profit off keeping customers' money on gift cards???
