The apartments are really nice but the neighbors will stuff dirt and leaves in your Mail box, the neighbors are so afraid of dogs, and you'll see roaches sometimes cause the neighbors around you won't take out their trash. Maintenance acts like they won't fix anything. I got stuck in my apartment had to call fire department to get me out cause maintenance wouldn't fix the door.

AWESOME!!! Lost my keys and maintenance came along with office staff (women)because there was a minor home by themselves. She really listen to hear the concern and address the situation for us to feel safe and heard.Thank You so much! God Bless them(I didn’t get her name or maintenance)

I’ve thought about this a lot. I love the fact that this community is multi generational and multi cultural. Most people are very family oriented and are kind and helpful.

I recently relocated and must say that the management and staff are exceptional. For any maintenance request I have ever submitted, the response has been extremely prompt and efficient, which is very unusual for apartment living. I have been very impressed. Latasha is pretty awesome!!! Her ability to get things done is what keeps this property on point. My kids and I are always welcomed with a smile and can count on our needs being met. Great property!!!

The apartment complex is well kept up and so beautiful. I was in search for an apartment and after speaking with the manager Latasha , she has made my experience so easy thus far. She's really easy to deal with and make the process go very smoothly. I would recommend this apartment complex most definitely to anyone in need of a nice apartment.

This complex is very nice and quiet. I have lived four other places around Atlanta and this one is by far the best! The management team is nice and responsive whenever I have had to deal with them. The maintenance team keeps the grounds in good shape. This feels like home!

I went to look at this property last week and was surprised how friendly the staff was. The manager Latasha was very nice. She answered all of my questions. I really liked the open floor plans and they were pretty affordable. Looking forward to living here.
