They did a wonderful job! I was a brides maid in a wedding and the dress arrived late! With very short notice, they were able to squeeze me in (during prom season may I add) to have my dress tailored. It fit like a glove two days later!
100% would recommend!

It was a very good customer service but very lousy in the cleaning of the clothes when I got them back they were as wrinkled as I gave them to them and I was very disappointed and I had to give it back again and wait another 4 days for them to do it again

Did an OK job on dry cleaning my overcoat but did not run a lint brush over it to remove pet hair so wasn't really pleased. Would have thought for $40 they could have gone the extra mile. Also, charged $15 to stitch a tiny tear in my down jacket and left a bad noticeable stich line. Not sure I'll be back.

In the world of things we review, dry cleaners should not even be one of them. The reason is simple: it's a business that has existed for a long time, has a high degree of automation and chemicals. Thus, handling clothing clothes in between should really not be all that difficult.Liz Cleaners does manage to mess up one of the simplest things in the world. After close to a dozen visits, mostly due to convenience of being able to walk to it, I've finally made the decision to drive out of my way to avoid this place. There is a series of reasons and events that led to this.First of all, they really don't do a great job cleaning. There is no actual cleaners here, so everything gets taken offsite. In the process, all kinds of miscommunications happen. In several incidents, when they would reclean due to their own mistakes, they would charge extra. Alterations are terrible, sewing came apart a day after altering pants. Then, they also tried to charge again for redoing their terrible work. But, perhaps worst of all, any degree of service here is nonexistent. They constantly try to argue and penny pinch customers who spent hundreds of dollars with them over the smallest things. At some point, it just got to be exhausting. On a recent incident, the clothes came back with a brand new stain, which they argued to be there before. If it had been there before, they would have put tape on it to clean it, which was not the case and I knew for certain that a stain of that size was not there. While it can sound like a classic he said, she said scenario, why argue with a customer who has spent so much money over the years? Just apologize and clean it again. Not at Liz Cleaners.Thus, I paid the last bill here and made a promise never to come back to this terrible place ever again.

I moved in to Atlantic Station back in January of 2021 and have been using Liz's for the last year and a half. They do FANTASTIC work both as cleaners and in alterations! Charged me $24 for SPOT cleaning a stain in a dress and stain was still there after I paid. I was told there are no guarantees but all he did was rub on a spot and made it worse but still charged me. NEVER AGAIN!!Service: Special care fabric cleaning

The folks who run this place are sweet angels but holy crap it is expensive. I got three winter coats cleaned and it cost $88. HOW?! And my white coat still had lint and smudges all over it. Again, the staff is sweet but I won't be returning.
