Worse agent in Atlanta. My family has been with State Farm since 1963. Until this agent took over my policy there was good service. Not anymore. When you have a claim forget about getting paid. This fool is no help.Henry Ford, Sr.Decatur

When it comes to auto insurance, they are great. Wanda has always given me awesome customer service. But when it comes to Renters Insurance DO NOT BUY IT from them!! I have currently been out of my apartment since Thursday night, and the only information I have been given is they have a repair before replacing policy and to try and clean my items first. Since my agent was on vacation, no one would or seemed to want to help me. I even called her when she came back from vacation, and still no response. My apartment flooded from an upstairs neighbor and no one seems to care to help. With a big company such as State Farm you would think they’d have someone be able to help, especially since emergencies can happen 24/7. If you don’t mind being homeless for a few days, paying high prices, and being told to help yourself then go with StateFarm!

I started working with Lindsay and her staff about 5 years ago when I moved back to Atlanta. She, her husband and her entire staff have never been anything except helpful, professional and delightful to work with. They are so responsive when I have a question. Just a lot of really great people in one office. Would strongly recommend them as they were recommended to me.

This company operates under bad faith be aware the issues that this individual company will cause you a lot of damage and difficulty if your ever in a situation where your you need to make a claim.

I have never left any insurance company a review, but felt this team deserved the credit. Kristi spent awhile helping me set up my policy while I was at the dealership. She was patient while I called to confirm quotes from other companies, but State Farm was the better deal. Judith is very friendly and helpful as well! This team has the digital know-how to work with me remotely which I value.

While I lived in Atlanta for 5 years I had an auto and renter's insurance policy. Although I don't think I ever talked to Lindsay herself, every time I called her office I talked to someone that was both helpful, attentive, and courteous. I recently moved out of GA so I'm hoping I can find a State Farm Office here that's as good as Lindsay's!

We used Lindsay as our insurance agent for two years and we had great customer service. They always helped us with processing our renters and auto insurance forms. They helped us with our move to New York by making sure we received a fair rate at our new location. This is a company I would recommend.

Lindsey is an incredible agent! I recently had a car wreck that totaled my car, and Lindsey talked me through the process of managing the wreck through insurance while I was on the side of the road dealing with the accident. She is thorough, incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about State Farm's policies and processes, and supportive throughout the process. I had all insurance questions resolved same day and a new policy written and applied to my new car within a week. Her customer service approach is second to none and she is also a genuinely kind and supportive person through a tough process. I HIGHLY recommend her for all your insurance needs.
