I feel that certain aspects of customer service are becoming rare these days. This was my first visit to this LensCrafters, as I was recommended here for their excellent staff and service.Upon arrival, I was greeted and guided by a gentleman to sign in. Camille greeted me and requested my insurance cards and name. Despite not having my cards, I mentioned that my insurances were verified during my last visit when I made the appointment. After filling out the necessary paperwork, I was called to the counter again for additional information, where Camille addressed me by my first name. Politely, I informed her that my preferred name is my last name.However, during the paper work process, I was once again addressed by my first name. When I requested to see the document I filled out earlier, there’s a line within the document stating “preferred name”, as I point this out Camille's body language became significant! As she read the information, there was a noticeable fluctuation in her voice, accompanied by an eye roll. Despite the hiccup regarding my preferred name, the remaining process proceeded smoothly.During the eye exam, BAM!! Dr. Boxer walks in displaying exemplary manners and professionalism and I was greeted properly. Dr. Boxer provided me with additional information I was unaware of concerning my vision. I was grateful for that.When it came to selecting my frames, I unintentionally sat at the desk of Sales Associate Aerhais. She was exceptionally helpful and polite, offering various options considering I had two forms of insurance. The process flowed smoothly, and once everything was settled, she informed me of the timeline for my glasses and what to expect upon their completion for pickup.I'm unsure why establishments find it challenging to address customers properly. We're strangers to each other, lacking rapport, and it's a business setting! Age or any other factor shouldn't hinder proper customer service—it's the essence of professionalism!!Overall, out of the four encounters with LensCrafters' staff, only one could have been slightly improved. Nonetheless, it was a decent experience.

The staff and this facility are A+, absolutely efficient, polite, caring and pleasant to deal with. I had no waiting time. The flow from my intake to getting me out the door as a very happy and satisfied customer pleased me.

Horrible Horrible customer service from the Eye Consultant lady this afternoon. I Came in to look around. While looking around I overheard the Consultant lady being very rude/over talking the customer who appeared to know little English. If that's how you treat your customers than I want no parts and will take my business elsewhere. You shouldn't treat people like that even if they barely speak English.

Very great service! I came to pick up my new glasses and needed them adjusted to fit correctly behind my ears. Tykeria helped to loosen and tighten them back and forth until they were perfect for me. I didnt feel rushed or like I was nit-picking over the fit. She was dedicated to making sure they were comfortable for me and I truly appreciate it!
