The entrance gate wasn't working and a parking ticket was not provided. When I called for assistance, they hung up on me. In order to get out of the parking garage, I had to pay $12 for a 20 minute visit.

Ok, I honestly never leave bad reviews. But back to back, I to spoke to the rudest customer service representatives that were answering the help button at the entrance and exit gates of the parking garage. First guy, when I entered I said: I'm literally just pulling in to drop off a delivery. Can you open the gate? He responded saying "I understand you're having technical difficulties" and I said "No.. I'm just delivering something and don't want to pay for the 5 seconds I'll be in there." And he spoke over me before I could get the last few words out "YES. YES. YES YOU ARE HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES." Uh. Ok? Asked for my name, number. I didn't want to give him my number because literally, I'm just dropping off a smoothie for someone, what's the point? And he said I don't care, just make one up. SoI said "1234..." "NO NO NO that won't work!" Eventually he let me in.When I went to the exit gate, I called again asking to be let through. The lady that answered supposedly had no control over the gate arms and said I would HAVE to pay. But she can take my name and number and see if someone will get back to me. "But they probably won't," she added.Meanwhile I'm blocking traffic all because of a dang smoothie and she said something along the lines of going and getting a ticket.. but I CANT! Because the little lane I'm in is one way, surrounded by concrete walls and there is a pile of cars building up behind me. So I press "lost ticket" to see how much it is to just get out, and it's $12?? I get it's buckhead, that's normal. But I'm not paying $12 when I just made $6 for a stupid delivery. Anyways, I end up telling her that I don't even have a way of paying the $12. And SURPRISE the gate opens! Wow! Magic right? I've spent years working with the public, able to bite my tongue at every single thing someone has said to me. But within less than 5 minutes I anger 2 people that I'm asking a simple request from? This group of people need to go back to customer service 101. I get that I'm just doing a delivery so I'm not "top of the food chain", but everyone deserves respect. I can't imagine how this would go over with someone of authority. Good thing all of it was recorded for training purposes!
