Wow. I just called about having a very delicate ring sized, and got the snottiest treatment! I ask if they had a master jeweler available and she dryly said, "Well, we don't bow down when he walks by." No laugh, no follow up comment, just silence.Excuse me? Master Jeweler is a GIA certified professional. She said she'd never heard it but that they have a guy who has been doing repairs for years and "He can either fix it or he can't. I don't know what else to tell you." More snot. Then I asked when he would be available to look at it. Here comes the super snot! "He busy working and can't drop what he's doing to talk to you." Wow. I simply asked when he was available, thinking she'd give me an appt time! Seriously! Then she said I should just drop it off "and he will look at it when he looks at...and then either tell you he can fix it or I don't know what. You'll have to go somewhere else, but I don't know where you're going to find someone to fix it if he can't." Sure! I'm going to leave my $30k ring with you and wait for you to get back to me whenever?! And not talk to the jeweler about what I need done?!I am new to the area and was hoping to find a local jeweler to build a relationship with. Not this one!

One star is too generous. One may want to have photos and details of every angle, every stone,every little imperfection of your jewelry BEFORE leaving your belongings with Lauderhill’s. One may also want to make sure EVERYTHING is written down in detail on a repair slip BEFORE you leave it...the carat weight and quality of stones, metal color/kt, number of stones etc. One may find these documented details to be more valuable than one could ever imagine they would be.

Wouldn’t recommend for rings with special bands. My engagement ring had a sword edge, and they filed it into a smooth curve. Asked specifically for this not to happen, even attached a photo.

Highly recommend. I'm not a frequent jewelry buyer but popped into Lauderhills last week with my 2 young kids to to get my wife/their mom something for Valentine's Day. Everyone there was very kind and helpful and Amy did an amazing job of putting together a beautiful necklace within my budget that my wife loved. Thanks Amy! Jewelry shopping can be a quite intimidating experience for those like me who don't do it often and many jewelry stores will simply point you in a direction or try to increase your budget. That was far from the case at Lauderhills as Amy provided excellent service- even engaged my kids in the decision- and never once tried to upsell me on something over my stated amount. I will absolutely be taking my future jewelry business to Lauderhills for those reasons.

This jewellery store is fantastic. The items on display are top of the line, with a rich assortment of affordable to decadent choices. I had a custom piece constructed by the jeweller, and it is stunning. Even over a year later, I am consistently complimented on his handiwork. They are also able to appraise pieces. I readily recommend them to friends and family.

What a local gem! We had a family ring and wanted to have the diamond made into a wedding set for my brother's wife. Geneva is super knowledgeable, patient and kind. She made excellent suggestions and service. Great communication as well. Highly recommend!

Lauderhills has been our ‘go to” for fine jewelry for over 30 years. Geneva and her associates have taken the time to know my taste and have never failed to provide quality memorable pieces. Still my favorite jeweler despite living in another state.
