I made an appointment online and pre-paid more than 24 hours prior to the appointment, but when I arrived on-time to drop my car off, no one was there. I had to call the main line, who put me on hold to call the people who were supposed to be there. He came back on and said they had gone to lunch, could I come back later? I explained that I had a scheduled appointment to drop my car off and I could not wait because I had to get back to work (hence, the scheduled appointment). The workers ended up coming back in about 15 minutes. Also, when I dropped off my car, I specifically asked if the back would be vacuumed, because the last time it had not been done. They said yes - but when I picked up the car, the back had not been vacuumed and the cupholder area also had not been wiped at all. They agreed to do those things while I waited but these things should have been done as part of the job. This is the second time I have had similar issues, so I will not go back.
