Would not accept return after 3 days, despite being told I could receive store credit within 30 days. Boots wwere worn for less than an hour in original packaging. Wanted exchange for different size. Will not return.

My husband bought a pair of boots here and was told he would be able to exchange them within 30 days if he didn’t like them. He went back after 4 days (but only about an hour of wearing them) to return the shoes because they convinced him to buy a size that was too big on him. At the time of purchase, they said they were unable to order his correct size that wasn’t in stock. When it came time to return, they refused the return or exchange due to some wear (to feel for the size).

Went in to have my hat shaped & to find belt. Manuel was swamped shaping hats, but did an amazing job on a hat I had custom burned & treated for a client. It looks awesome. I’ll post pics once the hat is no longer a secret. The belt I found was beautiful & I picked up a beautiful purple shirt & black jacket with fringe around the bottom. I will def be back with more hats for Manuel to shape & to shape.
