I was given a $5 voucher because the space I reserved was further from my destination than stated online. I was told their navigation system was not always accurate. I reserve a spot with the voucher for my son-in-law. He follows his navigation system to the address Lanier gave and parks in that parking lot. The next morning he returns to find his car booted. Lanier's lot was actually on the other side of the building which would make that an entirely different address. The man who came to remove the boot ($65) said this has happened frequently and the company is well aware. This was months ago and Lanier made no attempt to compensate after many requests. This is unacceptable. I would recommend this company to no one; not even an enemy. I wish I could give it -5 stars.
