I went to Labels because I always sell a lot of my items to them all kinds of things but this time I took my mother of the bride dress to them and my daughter got upset that I took it to them so I called them immediately and told them to hold it, they took it off And guarantee me that they had it upstairs and I could pick it up. Keep in mind at that time I had to go out of town but I will call them every two days went back there and they said they couldn’t find it. I stayed there for like an hour . Nobody ever came back with my dress so family I fell as though that even though they took it off of the floor for me to pick up, they sold my dress then they told me that they made mistake and donate it. Keep in mind they don’t do any. Donating until it goes to the next label if it haven’t sold in 90 days this was only four days after they received this dress they are a rip off when it comes down to telling the truth I couldn’t believe what they did. They have a new girl there that bought my dress up there, let me back back they called me March 11 and said they found my dress keep in mind. I had to call Atlanta policeman to make a police report because you have to go by the rules to make a claim on them. The owner was so upset she told the police Atlanta policeman, which I have the report at everything that she wanted to make a report on me for harassment at that time. The young man which is Atlanta policeman told her ma’am how is she arresting you when I was standing right here with her when you came up to us in front of Labels at that time I never disrespect the owner because they have lease made of $14,000 for me. That means that I bought in there $28,000 worth of items and they always get 50% of your money. Don’t take anything there because you do not know who’s gonna steal your items and that particular item was my mother of the broad dress that one day I’m gonna get buried in, I couldn’t believe what they did watch them. Why don’t you think and see how they have such a big turnover that dress was stolen they couldn’t even tell me how they found it you think that’s right, but I’m still going to pursue it because I’m a take out a civil lawsuit on them labels are not what you think it is really called Labels stables of taken. Don’t trust them in the owner. She needs help. Can’t believe what she did. Wow may God bless her cause I pray for people like that Paige.

If there was a lower rating that could be given. I would give it. This store has no customer service Etiquette. Rather than have a discussion and resolve a situation. The store manager decides calling the police on his black customers is a easier solution. This stores policy is to sell you Broken unusable items and bare, no responsibility. Their solution is to sell it to someone else making It's their problem and take half of the resale price again.I, as a unvested third party trying to de-escalate the situation.Was treated rudely Add with disrespect. This young man feels that threatening a black man with the police would have sent him running.. With this day and age and climate, we all know what that can cause. ( Stop weaponizing the police.)If doing business with Label consignment is the only way you can sell your goods, Maybe you shouldn't. But as a black man that has dealings with racist people.If you have any other options take your business elsewhere.

I like the people here but they don't have enough for the bigger plus size woman the clothes in my size look very frumpy to say the least....Please think of the larger women thanks ps I don't feel that they are racist I was a police for 30 years they didn't follow me around people may be little paranoid ...
