My sisters and I recently had a fairly unpleasant experience at this particular Labels. I’m not sure what the deal is, but not only were we not greeted upon entry, but were also looked at oddly when purchasing products. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but another group, of white women, walked in shortly after us and the workers seemed very friendly towards them. I love and enjoy this store but I would like to see a difference in the customer service and attitude of the workers.

Do NOT take your items here! They will sell your shoes and you will not know or get a profit! I trusted this place and took in my Gucci sneakers. They never ever contacted me, like they said they would via email, to tell me the price they’d be selling my item for! They just put my item on their floor. Every time I called, I got the run around. Then they waited until my time ran out, to say my item is no longer owned by me and they sold it and do not have to pay me! How? I never got any type of correspondence! SCAM!!!!!! I will be escalating this matter. Sell your items somewhere else!!!!

Selection is of course hit or miss, but you can often make some good finds here, and I have made plenty over the years. However, I have finally decided to stop patronizing this business altogether after a series of more recent dreadful customer service experiences. Customer service ranges from non-existent to downright rude to frustrating. Management is apparently asleep at the wheel and/or indifferent, as they don't bother to get back in touch with me, though I made an effort prior to writing them off for good. There are too many other options out there to put up with their poor treatment of loyal customers.

Do you like hidden treasures? I do! This place is like a treasure hunt. The only thing is it's small and you have to DIG! Nonetheless, it's still fun! I've stopped by Labels three times in one week- I know, I have a problem. Off the bat, one of the biggest issues is that it's hard to find parking here. You have to spin the parking lot a bit until something actually becomes available. Could've just been an event that week but that was the problem. Once you get inside tho, you forget ALL your problems and start looking at all the labels! They carry big designers and small designers and all within 50-70% off!! Yes, that much off! I've left with multiple Levi's I found at $11 each. I also scored an equipment button up for $14. And my favorite find ever was a khaki theory dress for $12!! The service is nice here. The manager was pretty nice once we told him it was our first time in and gave us the run down on prices and sales. TIP: 1st of the month is the BEST time to visit as the have the newest inventory that comes from other labels locations at the lowest prices :) Final verdict: I recommend this location if you like to dig around and find amazing brands for the low-low. Make time and have at it! Happy shopping!

I literally just discovered this place TODAY unfortunately they were near closing time ? and was unable to get through a snip bit of their inventory ?. However, the staff here are extremely welcoming and informative with respect to sharing their various locations, when new shipments arrive (every Monday - hint hint ?) the wonderful savings one can achieve by shopping with them! I absolutely love to shop and have a very sharp eye for great quality (no matter the ?️ label) , i can put my hands on good stuff no matter where I'm shopping. Specifically since I am a previous business owner myself of fine apparel and accessories and do everything online. I highly recommend this venue for the shopaholics ?️? who have Neiman Marcus taste with Macy's purses ??

Unfriendly. This store has great clothes for a good price but it's very uncomfortable being in there especially when not a lot of others are shopping. No one greets you or asks if you need help finding anything. Find it to be a very cold and snobby atmosphere. If I wanted that type of treatment I would go to a boutique in buckhead where everything is new. Soooo off putting and not worth the $$ you would save

I am always going to Labels! I never shop at department stores because I can always find something at Labels. Prices are reasonable and one of a kind pieces.

I have come into Labels in Vinings twice now and have never left empty handed or disappointed. As a mid-twenty year old who works in a corporate professional setting, it can be hard to find business professional outfits which also highlight my individual style. Reilly, one of Label’s most patient and fashion-oriented stylists and sales agents, has helped me both times I have come in. She has found me pieces that are unique to me and how I express myself through clothing but that also meet a business setting— without looking like your stereotypical business woman with a blazer. She listens to what I am looking for and truly brings my vision to life. She has introduced me to new brands and found statement pieces by some of my favorites— Free People, Zara, Magaschoni, ASTR, Anthropologie, etc. Traditionally I stray away from resale boutiques as it can be tireless sorting through their plethora of styles, sizes, and options to find brands and styles that work for me. However, I will continue to return to Labels given Reilly’s excellent customer service experience. She goes above and beyond to ensure I leave with exactly what I was looking for— most of the time more. If you’re in need of a new outfit for any occasion, be sure to ask for her. She won’t disappoint.
