In a hurry maybe, the available nail polish are old, and look like a DIY job.

Cleanliness: I don't think I go back, I don't believe they sterilized the instruments after each use

The good: I was serviced immediately and the tech was nice. The bad: It was the absolute worst Pedicure I have ever had. My toes look like I did them myself. I actually should have done them myself and saved the $33. Never again.
