I love this place, but it could use some TLC. Broken machines, wipes running out, bathroom sinks not working…and they really need to steam clean or do something to sanitize their grass turf area-it feels slimy and smells like sweat.
Also, would love to see more free weights. One set is for personal training only, and the other is on the far side of the gym and often already taken. It can be really difficult to find a pair of dumbbells that are the same weight and more than 5lbs.
Just heard they’re closing down and I’m really upset. Big, fancy gym coming in to price gauge us.

Don't write a lot of reviews, but faulty information from one of their representatives cost me when trying to switch over to my insurance rate. Now I'm paying for both the regular membership AND the insurance membership... For 2 months.... I wouldn't ask their representatives for information about their company, they don't know, or I hope they don't because if they do, they have ill intent. Better off reading the contact yourself and if you can't figure it out, just guess and if you mess up then it's on you. I went in and let them change my mind about how to handle the switch and it cost me. And that's infuriating when I would have done it right my way and not listened to them

The treadmills are old and noisy. The location is becoming dated....The staff is amazing!!!!

Angels, brothers, and sisters trying to stay sane and safe. All while having the most fun ever. Highly recommend all around.
P.s. avoid the costco unless you like snakes and cowards (management, male only)

Really busy gym so if you want a little space, this is not the place for you. Also, the Staff are a little shady with billings. They overbilled me and now they are giving me the run-around on correcting it. There is no branch manager so they just keep passing me around between employees.

The gym is clean and the staff was professional. Laura was extremely helpful and was the main reason we joined the gym! A+

This location is very well maintained. all equipment and pool are all above average LA fitness.
Although people are nice and willing to take turn... this is still one of busiest LA fitness that I ever been to, and the peak time is pretty long.
so if this bothers you, you might need to reconsider going here during the peak hour.
