Went to this location, lived in the area for years; needed some information about insurance so decided to try this business. BAD DECISION!!! Was met by an Asian gentleman, whom opened the door with a threatening look, and before I could finish my sentence he slammed the door shut and locked it. Funny how he was open for business till I showed up ?.Everyone should bear in mind that being racist and prejudice isn’t going very well anywhere in the world today!!!! Karma has an office now! I would advise all melanated people to boycott service given at this LA insurance & the greenbrier mall

I love LA INSURANCE........ I actually tried to stay with them but because I moved to ATLANTA,I would of had to start all over as a new customer and $250 down and $200 a month which is way higher than I was paying in Texas ..... I didn't want to leave LA INSURANCE ?????

Customer service is not pleasant. I went in to have paperwork done. When I paid the gentleman who helped me, I put the money in his hand. When he got the change, he put it on the desk instead of my hand. That bothered me so I said something. He told me he did it so the camera could see the change on the desk. I figured the camera could just as well see it if he handed it to me and counted it out. That man made me feel like A) I wasn't human enough for him to hand me the money as I did to him, and B) that he perceived me to be potentially problematic and I would try to ruin a scam on him. From now on, I'll take my business anywhere but there, even if I have to go out of my way to do so.
